I wish they would text you the QR code. You have to login and it would be faster if they could just text you the QR code as soon as your reservation starts. But there is always a shuttle there and the drivers are always very nice. This is my favorite park n fly spot. read more

I use Park 'N Fly every time I fly out of SFO. Not only is it cheaper than SFO parking, and other offsite parking, I find it to be one of the safest. I have never had to worry about coming back from a trip and seeing that my car has been broken into. They have multiple shuttles, and so I never have had to wait more than a couple minutes to get picked up from the airport or taken to the airport. As a tip, make your reservations online, that way when you arrive , you can just show your QR code and be on your. The parking attendants will also tell you what rows have empty parking spots, so you don't have to drive around aimlessly trying to find one. read more

Park 'N Fly (now acquired by the The Parking Spot) has been good to us when flying out of SFO. Going to the airport, a shuttle is usually readily available or within just a few minutes wait. The Parking Spot app is really nifty in that you can track active shuttles along their route. Going back to the lot though, expect to wait between five to fifteen minutes. Take note that reserving before hand can yield good savings. read more

wow, I'm actually surprised that the service got a little bit better, one more extra star from my updated review from last year. The overhead roof actually gave directions on what to do, the parking attendant greeted you and scanned my reservation. Told me to park on Road J as in Jack. Went all the way down only to find a spot closest to the exit! The shuttle bus followed me all the way down to my vehicle loaded in my carry-on. It was actually quite entertaining that he was complaining about the management there, but now it got me thinking that management is actually reading these yelp reviews, probably why the service has somewhat surprised me with all the changes they made. Looking forward to my arrival tomorrow to see how that goes. read more

I tried to make a reservation but the online site kept changing in and out dates. I called and the person said she doesn't usually do over phone, then she couldn't figure it out either and said the site was down??? She asked my name (Mary) and asked if I spelled it with 2 rs!!! I gave up after retrying on my iphone and laptop. I have parked here many times and it has changed for the worse since Spot took over!! I have parked here several times when flying out of sfo and they have good deals. They don't have a parking garage just a parking lot that is in I've trf and covered . Either way car has always been safe and have plenty of shuttles that transport you back and forth to the airport . It's right off the freeway too. read more

Your driver is asking for more tips. I gave him $3.00 after dropping us off at SFO. He didn't even carry our luggage and pull out from the truck because he was busy soliciting for tips from the customers. He looked at me from the eye as if he's asking for more money . Educate this driver to be more courteous and considerate . He's an Indian driver and old man. Having second thoughts of driving to the airport myself next time. I decided to try out Park n Fly again since I was flying out of SFO with my family! We purchased self park on the Parking Spot app! I don't know if that app considers your parking discount based on your status! We arrived at 5:10am! We parked and waited by the sign where it states wait here for a shuttle to be picked up! No one came! In 10-15 minutes I contacted their employee who told me they had one shuttle! I had to get an uber to get me out of the location! The shuttle arrived as the uber was turning into the Parking lot! We chose that option because the shuttle would've had to drop people off and pick people up! The timing and lack of care was not so great! Not sure if I can brave this company again! Which is sad because I have used PNF for a long time !! read more

Overbilling, and no customer service response The parking spot (who acquired park n fly?) overbilled my credit card. They have no phone customer service and two emails went unanswered. Anyone else in this position: always pay via credit card and request chargebacks for this type of deception. On the plus side: the shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. We tipped them generously, would much rather pay employees directly rather than to a faceless corporate behemoth cutting costs by eliminating customer service and shading overbilling. read more

For me, when I'm flying out of SFO, this is the best way to go!! BART is cheaper, but takes much longer and doesn't work for early morning flights for me because I'm coming from the East Bay. I make my reservations online, which is cheaper and more convenient, they sent you a code and you just scan yourself in and out. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off right at your car, just make sure you write down your parking stall number on your ticket when you park. If I can give this place ZERO stars, I would. The employees here, are totally unreliable & never answer the phone. Have you waiting outside for 40 minutes! The place is literally 6 mins away from the airport, I came to Sf airport last night 4/26 @ 12 AM & the driver (big bone dark skin with a gold cross chain) is so fucking lazy. I was carrying my luggage & then this dude goes I WAS GOING TO TRY TO HELP YOU like wtf??? I tip mfs if they help me with my luggage, but this location is the absolute fucking worst. I don't usually fly out of SFO, but when I do, I park my car at Park' N Fly and opt for valet parking. On Saturday morning, the team there worked efficiently, and I was on my way within five minutes. When I returned later that day (I had given them my flight number during reservation) I was pleasantly surprised to find the driver waiting for me at terminal 3. Although the car wasn't quite ready, the friendly and professional crew made for a smooth pick-up experience, and I would rate them five stars. read more

Didn't matter much, the price was good for overnight parking and they have fast shuttles, so the service was pretty good. Upon our arrival last night @ 8:35 and after we got through immigration, I texted for our pickup. We waited for the shuttle for 35 mins, not what I was expecting when the facility is so close to the airport. There was another customer waiting with us, so I know we weren't the only ones waiting for a pickup. Thankfully it wasn't raining. Once we got to the facility and got out of the van, our car was parked waiting for us, but the keys weren't in the car, so another 10 min wait to get up to the window. Once we got to the car, the drivers window was down a couple inches, I'm assuming that it wasn't down the whole week we were gone, otherwise it would have been wet inside. Regardless it was a little disconcerting to find the window open when we got to the car. I will say that our departure was very different, which is why I gave the 3 star review. At $19.95 a day, that was after all the other service fees and taxes were added to the total bill, and the extra time it took to retrieve the car, it's worth the time and extra money to start our trips at the airport closer to our house. read more

The Parking Spots take over of the once amazing Oakland Park n Fly is sad, to say the least. I used the service for a decade and always found it to be absolutely amazing, and often would recommend it to folks. Unfortunately, five trips in under Parking Spot's new ownership, I feel like I will be best served by finding a new alternative. When Parking Spot took control, they quickly reduced the shuttle fleet staff from 4 drivers per shift to 2 drivers, resulting in consistent 20 minute wait times to board a shuttle to the airport. Such a shame that Parking Spots would throw all of their customers under the bus like this. Will Parking Spot commit to hiring the requisite number of shuttle fleet drivers in order to return the enterprise to a viable option for commuters, or are they just to going to slowly drive xaway their long term customers? On a side note it should be pointed out that upon expressing my concern to a staff member at the Oakland lot, (not a driver) I was told that I should pull my car out of the lot and find a new lot. What kind of pathetic childish customer service is this? I will give a 2 star rating because this used to be a great service. I hope to be able to come back and give you a higher rating! read more

Before you decide to make a parking reservation here realize they charge your credit card immediately when you make the reservation, and no refunds. If you have to delay, cancel your trip, or if the airline changes your flight times, they aren't going to refund your money. Their website states you are allowed to change the time by 1 hour. So although they may be slightly cheaper than some parking lots, you pay when you make your reservation and no refunds. If you try to contact them by phone to ask questions to a real person it is difficult. Looking for at their FAQ page they refer you to their support webpage. read more

The company I made the parking reservation at the airport through was park 'n fly but it changed hands in February to the parking spot. I made my reservations 1/31/24 and tried to cancel last week 6/7/24 via email which was never responded to by anyone. I called the number in my reservation today to try and cancel the reservation that way. The lady on the phone said there is nothing that she could do about my reservation because they no longer have access to the park and fly reservations and that the parking spot, when they absorbed the company, was supposed to send out a new reservation confirmation number to me. I never received it. I went online and tried to cancel online and was told with a message that the reservation was not modifiable and could not be canceled. I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute to get the refund. Never use the parking spot. They do not have any customer service, only local support which cannot do anything. They're only form of communication is via email. They do not honor their contracts and their customer service is lacking. read more

Would give Negative Star if possible. This company refuses to even answer the email request...... I had made, and paid for a prepaid reservation from 5/25/24 - 6/3/24 (See attached Reservation for $145.36) for parking for this same time period in the Oakland Park and Fly location not realizing we were flying out of SFO. ( we almost always fly out of Oakland) When we arrived at the San Francisco location to drop off the car, the attendant just let us in, even though the bar code did not work, so we did not know at the time the prepaid reservation was for the wrong location When we got back from our trip on 6/3/24 and tried to leave the SFO lot the attendant at the booth pointed out at that time that the prepaid reservation was for the Oakland locations, not SFO. He would not let us leave unless we paid the full price of $390.66 So we paid Twice to park one car for one trip. I am only asking that we be reimbursed for the $390.66 as we had allready paid!!! used parking spot (formerly park n fly) two different times now and have had such a positive and smooth experience with them! the first time i used them was for 5 days and i did the valet parking, which was very easy! the second time i did self-park which I thought might pose some issues as the valet parking was quicker (you drop the car off and don't need to park) but the shuttles come directly to your parking spot and they leave a note of your spot so they drop you off at your parked car upon returning! read more
