We recently used AAP for our daughter's wedding at Kohl Mansion. The staff was courteous, professional and kept us informed. The lead, Lawrence, went above and beyond to make sure that the last guest to leave got his key back, versus just leaving it with the host. Rae Ann, our contact at AAP, was exceptional. She was proactive and kept us informed. She even worked with the vendors to make sure that their staff had a place to park their vehicles. Shortly after getting in touch with their client, the hotel, I was contacted by the valet's supervisor letting me know they were investigating the attendant's actions. Today, 01/03/2024, I received a call from the AAP's CEO to inform me they took the necessary disciplinary actions for their former employee. I needed traffic controllers and parking attendants for a public event we were having. I contacted All About Parking and Alex was right on top of it. Leading up to the event, the communication between Alex and I was very smooth and the week of the event I had a HUGE parking situation that now meant I needed to shuttle over 200 guests and 50 staff to my event. It's every event coordinators nightmare, but All About Parking was on top of it and didn't miss a step! It was a very dry and HOT day on my event and the staff showed up looking like professional valet attendants. It was a nice touch. They're demeanor and professionalism was unmatched. I would give 0 stars if possible. They valeted a private party I attended. We left 15 mins early to avoid a long wait. We were told 15 mins when we have our ticket. After an hour and everyone from the party getting their cars first we were last. When I asked why we had to wait so long there was no explanation other than they lose cars sometimes. Umm no you should never lose a customers car. If you happen to attend an event with them valeting you will have better luck street parking and walking. read more

Alex came onboard with very short notice under a tight timeline (other companies weren't willing) and reshuffled his team to accommodate to this high-profile private event. I contacted Steve from All About Parking regarding a corporate event my company would be hosting a month away. He was very informative and was quite hands on regarding the potential needs for the event. He even made a drive by to check out the parking availability for the event. After comparing prices of other valet services and checking reviews on each vendor, I decided to pick AAP due to the numerous positive reviews they had. Steve was very open to negotiating the fees and we were able to settle on a middle ground, based on the staffing needs for our event. The night of the event, AAP staff arrived promptly. Set up quickly and the onsite valet manager was also hands on and kept me looped in with any changes to the parking arrangements. There was also a neighboring event that also utilized AAP's valet services and they were able to clearly inform guests that were confused as to which event they were at. At the end of the night, the valet brought the remaining cars to the front and dropped off the keys with me. Overall, I was extremely pleased with how All About Parking performed at our event.
