My favorite eating spots may be Korner67 and 100 Montaditos . Oh let's not forget the yummy Novillo Restaurant ( for a good churasco and pinto rice) and the Old Shulas sports bar that is now I believe it's called Miami Lakes sports bar. The strip has a real estate office. On Saturdays they host a farmers market. A street is closed down for the set up and several vendors set up their tents. I've seen new comer bands set up in the outside open area. At night it's lighted up with lights on the trees. At night they will close a street for more walking area and you will see police officers guiding the guest and keeping us safe. During the start of the Christmas season they do a reveal of the lighting of the tree! The strip is well kept. Free Parking areas available surrounding the strip. So you may just find anything you're looking for in MainStreet. The only thing is while they have a few fashion clothing stop for women... there may be only 1 store that offers a laid back mens clothing. Or even for just a walk through the strip. I' live close by so I remember going to MainStrret as a teenager. The strip has closed many doors (to say a few: Tony Romas, Johnny Rockets, Mia Boutique, Peeky Boo) but something else opens that's just as good.

He was more than accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe when having to come back later at night even making sure he stayed a little extra past his shift to make sure we got here okay. Lucky makes this location feel safe & secure with his hospitality. and on the plus side they have free showers and such for quick pit stops which is great when you're not hooked up to city line for water. I have attended Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens for two summers in a row for Rolling Loud music…read morefestival, and each time I have been enthralled and incredibly impressed with the stadium's surrounding landscape, and complete attention to detail in the festival's functionality and decor. I have never been inside the actual stadium structure, only the area surrounding the building, just to be clear. But it is a truly impressive piece of real estate. The bathrooms are great, there are water stations at every corner, medics always in sight, and as a regular festival-goer, there is not really much else I can ask for that Rolling Loud at Hard Rock Stadium does not already provide. The times I have had here have been unbelieveabely amazing and high in energy. The place is quite vast and it can be easy to get confused directionally, so a map is essential. The only notably bothersome thing is the process of getting to-and-from the stadium. There are no public transportation options that take you anywhere near the stadium grounds, as Miami Gardens is located more inland from the coast in a random section of town. Getting to the area via taxi includes to-be-expected traffic and at least $20 in your pocket if you're coming from the east. But getting home is a complete nightmare. Your only options are Uber, Lyft, or a taxi that will charge you $200 to take you 15 miles to Dania Beach. Every night of the festival, when 12 a.m. hit and everyone would rush to get out and call their Ubers, the Uber and Lyft apps were successful in getting absolutely nobody home. For hours it would be like this. The apps didn't work because of so many people using them all at once. On one of the nights I was in attendance, the show ended and my friend and I walked over 3 miles away (hoping our odds of finding a ride would increase the further away we were from the place) from the stadium on 2-foot wide sidewalks past 12 at night, searching high and low for a taxi sitting stationary in the surrounding neighborhood traffic that would be willing to take us to our hotel in Hollywood Beach for a price lower than $180. Once we were in the car, it was standstill traffic for miles until we got home. All of the taxis we came across before this either already had passengers in the car or were simply unwilling to take anybody at all unless we would pay an absurd amount of money. There isn't much advice I can give regarding this issue, because unless you are okay with leaving the event you paid for early in order to beat the congestion, there's not a lot you can do except hope you win the rideshare lottery for the night. Expect to pay a pretty penny and have your patience tested, while also carrying home some amazing memories.

We were staying in Aventura and we took the free shuttle from the Brightline Station to the stadium parking lot which took about 30 minutes + a long hike to the stadium. There are houses in the area offering parking in their drive way for $40 if you had a car. Ride shares don't drop you off/ pick you up at the stadium. They had 3 drop off locations which are nowhere near the stadium, They weren't giving free water to spectators like they did in Boston. Miami is hotter and more humid than Boston. The staff are less friendly. We were here for the Norway vs England quarter final match. There were fans who didn't pay for category 1 tickets but had the audacity to sit in the 100 sections! Nobody was checking tickets. There's a lot of food options at each section. There are no restaurants right outside the stadium. The stadium is also open and no shade from the sun unless you're in the nosebleed section. Around the stadium is the fan zone. We got our free souvenirs: bracelets from Bank of America, Coke cups from the Coke stands, and cups from Michelob. There was a super long line for the big FIFA store. Some people grabbed 5-10 match scarves so there was none left for everyone else. Entertainment included Ellie Goulding but the audio wasn't working properly so you couldn't hear her. Steve Aoki performed at halftime for 64,478 fans.

They have some name brand retailers along with some lesser-known more boutique style stores. I really enjoy coming here on a Friday or Saturday night and listening to the music at Brimstone. The area is very walkable. Most drivers are courteous when you cross in front of them and they yield to you. In an Ideal World, I think Pembroke Gardens should have an automatic covering for when it is super hot or rainy. That is the downfall of this shopping mecca, several months of the year it is just not fun to come here because of the weather. Parking is another issue. I really wish they would build a parking garage because there is usually a problem finding a parking spot on the weekend. That just puts me and then annoyed state of mind when I'm going to a fun place. Definitely come to Pembroke Gardens when you want a fun and memorable they are night out.

The security & library clerk were kind & welcomed me as I asked for guidance on getting my passport. I was 30 minutes early just in case. When I went to the passport section it was seamless! I had all my documents gathered & my forms of payment ready! No attitude or dismissive demeanor like I've read from these places (not this spot in particular) or nightmare stories from my friends! But they did go to the USPS store vs a library! Very pleasant experience! And I finally got my library card after almost 20 years!
