Highly recommend using park at the ports when needing an affordable SAFE place to park your car during a flight out (or cruise). From the online booking process, to the ease of checking in and parking, the shuttle to the airport and the return trip pickup, everything was smooth and easy. That said. Give your self ample time so you don't run late, if parking at like 2 am, there is one shuttle driver, and if they are Out, you have to wait for the to return from The airport, and while the airport is CLOSE, FLL has had a ton of traffic these past few days, and it's not their fault, if they are stuck in traffic and need to make it back to You. think this location needs some retraining. Each time when I arrive there is no parking attendant available this causes a delay waiting on the driver/ attendant to return then get you and anyone else waiting for trip to airport checked in. Secondly when returning from my trip I called to get a ride back to their location and the attendant was extremely rude. He told me that the only way I can get a ride back was to hang up from him and use the app. After I explained to him that the app was not working right for me he continued to refuse to send the shuttle to pick me up. This is a freaking ridiculous process. I paid my hard earned money to park there and then he refuses to send shuttle back to get me!! I was so livid I swore to never use this location again. I started using them when my old park and fly location off Old Griffin Rd when under construction but now it looks like it won't be coming back. They just lost a customer!! read more

Our cruise was in February on an unusually cold week. We drove around a little bit looking for ParksbythePorts. Directions were not very clear and we ended up at the casino entrance speaking with a person through a intercom to find out how to get to the lot. I would bet this has happened to others. Perhaps, Parkbytheports could place signage at that casino entryway to let people know how to get to their location. Once we arrived, they have a covered seating area for customers. Customers can stand or sit and wait for the porters to tell us which shuttle to board. A portable toilet is available which my mom used and said it was clean. Thankful for that. What I was not thankful for, was waiting in the cold while the workers shuffled luggage around. I thought, why not allow us to board our shuttle to get out of the cold. Which after 20 minutes, I spoke up and suggested. They complied. The driver was safe and we arrived to our ship. I was given a claim card for our return trip. The card indicates that the shuttle makes rounds every 45 min during the timeframe we waited. We wait 1 1/2 hours for a shuttle. The first shuttle that came kept driving by without stopping. Very strange. We thought, he must be turning around but nope. We were trying to be patient but 1 1/2 hours is ridiculous. I called and spoke with Michael who said I was suppose to call them when I got off the ship. I said your card says, "It is not necessary to call". Michael asked if I received a text message? No. He said he's sending a driver. After the call, I immediately began receivng text messages, "click to request a ride", "Your driver will be..", "driver has arrived". IMO, a ball was dropped and picked up. PBTP is a good service and I wouldn't take that away but there are areas in need of improvement. Be clear - do customers call you or will you show up at the times indicated on the back of the claim card? Purchase what is needed to ensure the waiting area is comfortable for your customers (cold, rain). Consider additional signage around the casino entrance to help those of us that easily get lost. :-) read more

It was a wonderful experience. We pulled in and gave the the reservation number to the attendant. Be sure to make a reservation online or you might not be able to get a space. The pickup went smoothly and we were on our way to the airport. The trip took about 20 minutes to be sure to allow for that and any possible traffic delays. Our plans changed while we were gone and we ended up coming back early and they gave us a credit for the two day difference in time. We came back to the cruise port and got a baggage handler to take us to the pickup point. I would suggest that you get clear instructions about where the pickup point is because I would have had a hard time finding it. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended. read more

I have used this service 3-4 times over the past year after my regular place closed down. I can say I am very happy with the experience. I usually have 4am parking reservations and have had absolutely no problems with anyone being there at that hour. Parking is secure and well lit. The shuttle drivers are very personable and helpful with luggage, with the exception of one that I had. However, last night absolutely sold me on Park by the Ports. After my flight when I arrived at my car about 615pm Sunday night (2/15), my battery was completely dead. The young man who was my shuttle driver cared to take the time (there was no one waiting for the shuttle) and gave my car a jump start. Arrived at lot and was taken care of right away, staff was pleasant and very helpful with our luggage. Our ride to the sea port was on a small orange bus that was crowded but it got us there and attendant was polite. They told us on return to look for a bus to take us back to lot ( wrong) ! If I hadn't asked a porter at terminal to help us with bags I would have had trouble finding shuttle. He knew were shuttle was, a bigger white shuttle in back of others and not visible. Park by the ports is one of the most efficiently run operations I've experienced. After driving 3 hours across the state, it is a relief to arrive and turn the responsibility for timely arrival to the cruise over to someone else. We always stop at the casino to use the restroom, then head to the back of the lot for Park by the Port. Always enough people around to help you unload the bags and then point you to a parking spot. In a matter of minutes, (we've never waited more than 4 minutes) a friendly driver in a well kept van/little bus drives you to the pier. They make sure your bags are off and in the hands of the cruise terminal baggage handlers before they leave it. It's a very smooth operation. We have used them 5 or 6 times in the last few years and have never been disappointed. read more

There is a main shuttle that takes you from the parking lot to the cruise port but there is NO shuttle from the main shuttle pickup to your vehicle. I am a senior and that was a bit of a walk. We parked here Sunday, June 29 to take a cruise out of Port Everglades. Online registration was seamless. The reception kiosk and passenger unloading canopy are most easily accessed from the *second* "parking" sign that you see on the right once you are on Fronton Blvd and are in the farthest corner of the lot diagonally from the casino. Being concerned about much earlier reviews mentioning flooding, I asked if there was a less-prone area of the lot to leave our car in. You park. You keep your keys. Our luggage was immediately handled for us by a waiting driver and we were efficiently delivered to the cruise port. The last Friday night and Saturday morning of our cruise brought ten inches of rain dumped on South Florida by a severe tropical depression. Whether by luck or otherwise, a return shuttle turned out to be present and loading the minute we got off our ship. Once again our luggage was handled immediately and we were efficiently returned to the lot. There were a few sporadic car-sized puddles at a few places around the lot, but no flooding of any consequence. Drivers were polite and earned their tips. More convenient and cheaper than walking with your luggage from the Port Everglades garage - highly recommended. read more

FLL arrival: Arrival went smooth, I called the dispatch he let me know where to wait for the shuttle and the shuttle arrived about 20 minutes later. Price is right, close location, great shuttle service! I would use this again over self parking at the port or using a hotel park and cruise package. This was my first time using it so there were a few things I didn't understand which could have been problematic. First when you get to the lot, if you don't head into the designated area for parking, there weren't any signs that I saw outside of that area that I saw telling me there was a specific portion of the parking lot for Park by the Ports. An attendant came and informed me so I was able to park in the correct spot, but I could have returned form my cruise with a big fat ticket or having been towed. Thankful it turned out but just a tip for other newbies! There is no nearby building with a restroom, so you'll have to wait until you get to the port to use the restroom at the port. We had a little bit of a drive and to check out of our hotel before getting to Park by the Ports, so needless to say we were scurrying to the port restrooms by the time we got there! Once again all turned out ok because there's a set of restrooms outside of security at the port...albeit not the most convenient to get to, it all worked out. We did not get optimal disembarkation time, yet still practically walked right onto our shuttle. I read others concerns about returning shuttle being a long wait, and it wasn't my experience. Hopefully when we go again, we will have the same experience. I agree that the shuttle drivers were nice and offered good service loading luggage and everything! Any small concerns and inconveniences were absolutely worth the price. read more

After a couple of nightmare incidents of trying to uber from the airport from late night flights, we decided to look into options of parking by the airport. Pricing for Park by the Ports is definitely the cheapest around. Booking online was simple. Checking in day of drop off was quick and if you have to park further into the lot, the drivers are kind enough to drive to pick you up from your car in the lot instead of having to lug the bags across the lot. Upon return, we gave the number a call. Longest I've had to wait was probably 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and bring us back. We have used this service three times now this year and will keep using it over uber and lyft. If you're gone for a short weekend, this is definitely cheaper than price of uber to and from the airport. Staying for a week pretty much equals the same cost for us as uber to and from the airport. read more

We've all been there... should I Uber or pay to park? I was facing this question this past weekend when I had a quick weekend trip. I checked how much the airport price was ($15/ day + tax) and checked Uber which would have been between $25 - $30 each way. So I looked online for other options and found Park by the Ports. They are located at the Dania Casino parking lot. They have reserved space for their customers, you can reserve online for $5/ day (plus tax). I hadn't had a good experience with one of these services in Miami so this time I did a bit more research. I read reviews here on Yelp, and other sites, and noticed the owner (or manager) took the time to respond to the reviews - this made me feel a bit more confident about their service. I also had to contact the company as the time of my arrival was set wrong on my reservation and I go immediate response. So far, so good! Day of my trip came. The address they give on the reservation is easy to find, especially if following a GPS. Check-in process was a breeze. You don't even have to get out of your car. You go directly to the kiosk with your reservation and that's it. You are given your ticket to come back, and you park your own car. Yes, you get to keep your keys, so no need to worry of anyone moving your car at any time when you're gone. As soon as I got out of my car, no later than 2 minutes later I was in the shuttle on my way to the airport. Spacious van with AC, and driver takes care of loading luggage, plus opening and closing doors for you. On my way back, the process was equally smooth. I called the number on the ticket they gave me when I parked in in less than 5 minutes the driver was there picking me up. My car was exactly where I had left it, in perfect condition. And I was out of there in no time, on my way back home to relax, without any issues, as anyone should after a trip. Honestly, I am so happy I found this parking lot and definitely planning on using them again whenever I need to drive to the airport myself. I used PBTP 2years ago and was very satisfied, I pulled up to the staffer they checked my reservation and told me to park anywhere I liked I was able to keep my car keys,so didn't have to worry about anyone messing around in my car. My wife and I waked about 50 ft. Where we waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the cruise port. It was easy and convenient experience. On my return from the cruise, I wasn't sure where to meet the shuttle but someone directed me to the pickup point for PBTP. They do have a sign stating pickup here. When I returned,I found my vehicle just as I left it. Loaded my luggage and was on my way back up 95 North. Such a Great experience I just made a reservation today for my next cruise out of Ft.
