So I don't see why she couldn't inform me of this balance. Then again she never mentioned it cause I didn't owe it. She probably pocketed my last payments, who knows. I may fight it but I gotta also see if it is even worth it. It may cost me more money to do so. I do have proof but at this point I want nothing to do with this place which is completely sad cause I did live there for so long. It wasn't always this bad. Do t rent here. The residents used to enjoy the community and made the place look like a home. Now they are being forced to remove any personal touches to the front yard and pay more in rent. Grandchildren don't give your grandparents anything that would look cute outside as they can't have it. The complex should be more worried about actually fixing the apartments then taking away small freedoms. The building don't even have identifying numbers after many residents have complained about this issue. They allow things to fall apart, and break all while expecting more money from elderly on very fixed incomes.
