We were close to having our landscaping company build it. I'm really glad we brought in a specialist instead. Mark came out, measured both areas, picked the one he thought worked best, showed me the design, and asked what I wanted. I told him: tough, hard to play, something that simulates real golf. That's what we got. Letting Mark design it the way he thought was best was the right call. The customer service was incredible. The pool company had left the drain area unfinished, so Mark drove to Lowe's, picked up a drain cover, and came back to finish it himself. He even updated where the irrigation should run to make it a fun, usable four-hole green. That level of attention to detail, not just letting things slide, was consistent throughout. We also had them install artificial turf in the other area. With young kids, Mark thought about details I wouldn't have, making sure it was soft underfoot and wouldn't get too hot. He really listened. He came back a week later for a walk-through and cleaned up the edges to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The price was very reasonable for what we got, and the end product is so much fun. The green is tricky. You have to get the pace and angle right. I'm pretty sure one of the holes is impossible, but maybe that's just my golf game. So glad we brought in a specialist. The work from Mark and the team has been amazing

Our property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained with lots of pretty Crepe Myrtles, gorgeous old oak trees and Purple Mountain Laurel trees. We have two beautiful pools. One has a lovely fountain that's extremely calming just to sit near it. Both have beautiful trees all around them. Our maintenance staff is amazing. All of the guys are very talented and fix things right away. One of my favorite things about our apartments is our proximity to the Brushy Creek Regional Trail. It's right behind our apartments. I ride my bike every day about 15 miles on the trail... It's amazing. I can actually see it from my unit which backs up to gorgeous views of just beautiful trees everywhere. It is very peaceful just to watch the trees swaying in the wind. I highly recommend living here. The apartments also have clere story windows, which are really pretty because you get the effect of having glass from floor to ceiling in your living area. Come and see us. I call it my forever home because it is so pretty and I love it here.

Just recently signed my lease. The application process was easy. She was professional and courteous. Throughout the whole process. The communication was the key point to decide to move to the property. The apartment has an easy to get to filter for the AC a built-in desk next to the kitchen a nice patio area. The only downside is Carpet in the bedroom on the downstairs unit but that was a personal preference. The property is close to different restaurants and H-E-B plus market, it's quickly accessible down the stretch from interstate Highway 35. The property is also pet friendly. They have a gym and a big pool as well as a dog park and the playscape for kids. The property also has a trail around the property for walks. They also have a car station with the vacuum. The trash has to be taken to the trash compactor in the front of the property.
