The inside of Mystic Coffee was really cool. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the decorations were very unique. We'll definitely check out this place again when we're in the area. It took nearly 1H to get our 3 drinks and our food. We went on a Sunday morning, 10AM, we were the only customers when we got there. We ordered 3 drinks and food. It took 30 minutes to get the food, and because they had forgotten one of the item, that needed to be cooked, I had to wait another 20 minutes. The drinks did not come fast either but because we ordered their specialty drinks, I can understand it takes time to prep. Staff is nice, but quite frankly I would have appreciated a "sorry about the wait/for messing up your order" and they could have warned us about food time prep. Either way, for us it was the last time we were taking food here.

I also loved the library that they had, they have a donation box in case you wanted to take some books home. And I saw that they were going to have a thrift added there soon. The store seems a bit like not the main focus. That's OK. It's quiet and relaxing. They are also a coffee roasting operation...like manufacturing. They probably do lots of other things that I don't know about. Maybe wholesale distribution? It seems like an interesting operation. What I do know is that they have great coffee. I have enjoyed great cups of fresh, hot coffee. I have bought and loved bags of fresh roasted coffee; Jamaican Blue Mountain I savored in my own coffee maker. Special occasion coffee. I will come here during weekdays when I'm around. And I expect I will continue to learn more.

This location seems to just be for those in the office building because it is a bit hard to get to. The garage (very little amount of street parking is available) has a gate that looks like you can't get through but you can just drive up to it and it'll open. Then when you want to park, there's a "valet" waiting that you have to pay for even if they don't park your car, which was definitely very confusing to me... The actual coffee shop is on the second floor (I believe) and is surrounded by small offices. The cafe itself is nice with a decent amount of seating. The staff was friendly and the food and matcha were good. The cafe itself is good but the location is not the best.

It's very fitting, on theme, decorated for the holidays, the coffee tastes good, it's not wildly pricey, AND it's not ANOTHER Starbucks. It was my first time working in this building and I got here so early that I needed a cup of iced coffee. Salvador was so kind and sweet he put his heart into making my iced Carmel latte with almond milk. For paying a total of $6.21 I would say it's solid.

I also got the white truffle egg & cheddar croissant for a breakfast bite and it was delicious! The eggs were cooked to perfection and it was the right amount of truffle flavor.
