I asked if it would be possible to get it back by Tuesday, 06/16/26. The lady told me that would be ok. Next question I asked is what time it would be available on that Tuesday. She said anytime. Cool. Great. So it's now 06/16, and I use my lunch break to drive all the way over here to come pick up my suit. When I walk in, no greeting or eye contact from the lady behind the counter. Kinda rude, but whatever. I just need my suit. The lady takes my ticket, looks at it closely, and explains its not here yet. Mind you, this is the same lady who was here last time that said that I could pick it up anytime on Tuesday. So always, she tells me to come back at 4 PM to pick it up. Yea, its annoying because now it's cutting into other plans, but I don't really have any other options. So just now, I walk in at 4:10 PM. Same lady, no eye contact, no greeting. Again, she takes the ticket and snaps at me "Weren't you here earlier?! It's not ready. I told you it wouldn't be ready till after 4 o'clock!" Somebody please teach this lady how to tell time... So she gets on the phone with the delivery driver, and he tells her he'll be there in twenty minutes. So now we wait. Time is a precious commodity. Please don't waist your customers time by giving them false information, and making them wait. I wish she would have been more up front and honest, when I dropped off the suit last week. I only use this place because the dry cleaner that way closer to my house finally closed up for good. I might give this place another shot, but this is really annoying. Might have to find another place that communicates better, and is more respectful.
