Right from the initial estimate, Derek, the service manager, set a very high bar. He paid incredible attention to detail while figuring out the exact scope of work. Their team handled a major list of upgrades: Water Heater & Thermal Expansion Tank: Complete replacement and installation done right. Bathroom Faucets: Replaced all 5 faucets seamlessly. Shower Replacements: Upgraded 2 bathroom showers, which required replacing the valves behind the wall. They executed this perfectly and neatly placed an access plate over the cutout area. I can say without a doubt that this is the best. Scott and Eric are great to work with. They are extremely professional and what I appreciated the most is that I was notified about the plumber arriving just a little late. Stuff happens... we've all been there, but not all contractors take the time to let you know what's going on, so you can adjust to the time difference as well. I was notified well ahead of time, so this gave me enough time to actually get situated to work from home and have breakfast. The issue running up my water bill was fixed in less than an hour and Eric, the plumber who came to my home, took the time to explain everything that was causing the issue, and what he did to fix the issue.
