Had a water heater issue RIGHT BEFOR VACATION!!! Called the office & spoke with June who was as knowledgable as a plumber HERSELF. Got all the specifics on price, size, install date, all to be done day after we got back. Steve & Fred were awesome!! Had some issues with the install that were NOT their fault; ill fitting connectors, leaky piping, bad solder. One of the plumbers left my house and purchased CORRECT connectors and NEW SOLDER!!!!! Very good quality of work and even better service. When my sink in my kitchen needed to be fixed I called around and everyone kept kimda putting me off or saying that its 2 weeks to get someone to look at it. Called RJ Graham and the service was the complete opposite. They had Dennis take the time out of his day to stop by the house for 15 min when he was already on his way to a sceduled job. He was very professional and kind. He answered all of my questions that I had and actually saved me money that I thought I needed to spend. We had a block in the line from a toilet in an upstairs bathroom. We tried to snake the line back & forth for 2 days with no luck. Gave up and called R.J. Graham Monday at 6:37 / 6:40 they responded with an appt the next day window between 2-5 pm. Received a text when plumber was in route. Steve (the plumber) asked what was going on and give me price on the cost "if" he could fix it with what I describe. But would let me know if he had to change the course of action and would cost more. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed resolved our issue with the original price quoted. I had an emergency. The main water supply pipe to my house burst on a Sunday. In a panic I googled plumbers in my area on Yelp. R.J. Graham had the best reviews so I called them and they came out the next day. The job was more complicated than expected so the plumber (Brian) explained to me that he would have to go and get supplies he didn't have on his truck. I was not charged for that at all. Brad from RJG has been servicing my sprinkler system for 7 years now, and I needed to extend my gas line for a wall heater in the garage. Trust me, you need a plumber to do this; not a handyman or HVAC company. Brad has the tools and knowledge to do this job. Called them first thing in the morning due to a broken ejector pump. They said someone would be out between 2 & 4 that very same day. At 1:35, their truck pulled up! Service people are never early, right? Gina took a look at the broken pump, told us how much it would cost to replace it and did so. You know what ejector pumps do, but Gina's great personality took that mess in stride. The whole thing was done before that potential 4 o'clock arrival time. I did a stupid thing. I poured a box of oatmeal down my drain. Duh. Graham Plumbing came out promptly and rodded out my drain of the cemented in oatmeal. Fred worked so hard to get it working again and when I heard the water running, I was so happy! It's the little things, guys. It's the little things. Wonderful service. I had them install a toilet, sink faucet and shower faucet that I purchased and Rob did a great job. He pointed out a pinhole leak in the bowl of the toilet (again I purchased it) and offered to bring one out the next day, however I was set on the one I picked out due to the reviews.
