The woman was sitting in a chair on the phone. All she said was "UPS?" I said yes and she just told me to leave it on the desk and returned to her phone call. No receipt was offered but I figured UPS would get the package and scan it but 5 days later and UPS has no record. Better off going to the UPS store, might cost a bit more for other things but they scan it in front of you and give you a receipt.

And then not even a discount on the cover for the hassle of driving 20 minutes out of my way (again) because of the mistake .
