She did and I explained the reason for my call regarding a package to see if there was anything she could do to help me. She so very kindly and thoughtfully explained to me the process. She checked on the where abouts of my package and gave me her honest best estimate for its arrival! She was spot on! . Lynn went a step further took my phone number and promised to call me when it was delivered or anything if it came in sooner. The moment it arrived she called me! THANK YOU LYNN! You are the BEST!! The lady looked up both tracking number, and put my customers packages at the retail desk for easy pickup for her. WOW! My post office ALMOST NEVER EVER pickups up the phone, unless you let it ring forever. Then if you do that, they simply pickup the receiver and hang up on you. So Impressed with your Customer Service! I only wished I had written down the lady's name!
