I went back in at my time and am told by some other kid that he's in the hospital and wont be coming in. Like, why didnt you say that earlier instead of making me wait 30 minutes? When I asked for the manager he pointed to his buddy and said he was the manager. Then why is the kid you're saying the manager commenting about how he doesn't think the notary is coming back in today while you're making a claim that he's in the hospital? Either way, both employees had zero care for wasting my time and went so far as to say. "Man, there's nothing we could do about it. It's the system that made your appointment." Well, you have control of the system and are confident your buddy isn't coming back, so you pick up the damn phone and call people with appointments. That's what you could have done about it.

I sent them an email and asked them if they could quote me on making a decal and the response I got was that we were in a good fit for their business and I should find another business to do my work very unprofessional. I would say buyer beware don't waste 250- $500 on something that someone's not gonna stick nor a local business that refuses to stand behind the product
