Then why is the kid you're saying the manager commenting about how he doesn't think the notary is coming back in today while you're making a claim that he's in the hospital? Either way, both employees had zero care for wasting my time and went so far as to say. "Man, there's nothing we could do about it. It's the system that made your appointment." Well, you have control of the system and are confident your buddy isn't coming back, so you pick up the damn phone and call people with appointments. That's what you could have done about it.

The woman was sitting in a chair on the phone. All she said was "UPS?" I said yes and she just told me to leave it on the desk and returned to her phone call. No receipt was offered but I figured UPS would get the package and scan it but 5 days later and UPS has no record. Better off going to the UPS store, might cost a bit more for other things but they scan it in front of you and give you a receipt.

She wouldn't let me in but the Fedex delivery man arrived a minute later and she had no problem letting him in. I have been in before and she's had a poor attitude, but this time was the last straw to prompt a negative review. It's unfortunate that employees (or owner??) like her make the local residents not want to do business there, especially during the holiday season.

It wasn't easy to get the previous post out due to a huge amount of concrete. We are very pleased with the results. The house number will be arriving soon. Have no hesitation in hiring this company.
