Upon arrival, maybe 10 minutes before, the waiting room had 4 other people in it. There is enough space to spread out and "social distance", and plenty of hand sanitizer on hand. The check-in process was via tablet, and super easy. I was called almost exactly on time, ending up sitting down for maybe 5 minutes by the time I figured out the check-in process, sanitized, and read some of their signs. Not much of a wait! Technician was friendly and efficient, and now that all is done (results received), the full process from reservation to results, was great! This location has also refined their process the past couple years. Previously, for annual checkup bloodwork, I would have to wait a while. Now, the past two visits (and especially this last one), things are much smoother!

You check in at a kiosk, and they work through appointments first, then walk-ins. If you are at all able, sign up for an appointment, as these will fill their schedule, and walk-ins will have to wait, sometimes quite a while! The staff I've worked with have been very friendly, professional and efficient. They are nice, but don't waste time with chit chat. They do a good job of what they are there for, and this is appreciated. The only negative is that if someone walks in and gets upset that others are being served before them, the staff is clearly not there to provide this kind of customer service. Be kind to yourself - and everyone - and register for an appointment!

I only started this review as I saw this Yelp site, but really the review is more about the Advocate Medical Group housed here (and they have their own Yelp review site). There's not much more to say about the facility itself except it's convenient with good hours, and has a big convenient parking lot that is often filled! Our PCP, Dr. Ellen Aleksandrovich, is the best and she is very competent, caring, communicative, proactive, and empathetic to the patient's needs. Their systems also work great and responsively without long waits - systems meaning phone calls or messages, their PA staff, their website which is used for both medical info storage as well as messaging, their billing and payments system, their appointment scheduling, their lab appointments system and staff, etc. They also have several specialists based here that we see, and they have the same support system. We routinely get bloodwork and sometimes imaging done here. They are part of the Advocate Medical Group and in turn associated directly with the excellent Advocate Lutheran General Hospital nearby. In our experience, it's a big thumbs up for Nesset Pavillion and the Advocate Medical Group staff here.

I would just as soon take none of these drugs (I mean I'm not even getting high from them ) As it turns out its been over 1 year since my last physical so I figured I might as well have the tests done. I guess the fact that I have insurance they figured out they might as well order everything deluxe and do Lab Tests, EKG, Ultrasound (Am I pregnant ?). Anyway 2 hrs seems a bit excessive. The attending resident doctor did a very good job and was very through, but the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. When I arrived the girl asked me if I could hold on for a minute. I waited for about 5 minutes and finally realized there were a couple of other people that could have checked me in. When I left there were only 2 people. As I walked out the first person just walked away and didn't say anything so I checked out with the other person.

I am very understanding and compassionate for seniors still working but the lady working front desk needs a position that is not as demanding. So much went wrong. I called to verify they were open and she placed me on hold for 5 minutes just to let me know they were open. A nurse/medical assistant stated to her while I was in line that the wait time is nearing 90 minutes. She recommended that I go to the Niles location but when I called them they had the same 90 wait time so I stayed. I completed registration forms on their iPad. I wanted to verify my place in line and she took 4 minutes locating me, asked some questions and was all over the place and still couldn't locate info but told me to have a seat. Their policy is quite interesting....they accept walk ins but if someone is more traumatic then u will get dumped or if they have an appointment. I completed registration forms at 10:42a per message sent to me; I didn't get seen til after 12:45p. Patience was definitely needed. The medical assistant and medical provider were nice ladies, did their job. I was able to obtain a copy of the forms they had to submit to my job. The lady at the front desk questioned how I got a copy, told her to schedule me for follow up and work on her speed there and took papers with me. I hope I never have another work injury and if I do I will go to the hospital instead.

The waiting area was dominated by a blaring tv that showed vacuous talk show babble interspersed with even louder commercials for various maladies that Quest can test you for.
