    Props to Cory in the parts department. I called here to get a replacement rear windshield wiper…read moreafter mine was stolen. This particular part is impossible to find-- I had already tried a guranteed to fit after market part, and it did not fit. Cory was super helpful and even double-checked that the part was correct by asking for the VIN of the vehicle. He set aside the part for me as there was only one left in stock when I came. He also installed it for me free of charge in order to make sure it worked. The price was surprisingly reasonable for the part. There was also complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate at the dealer. Minus one star because there is no parking here. The dealer has filled the parking lot with their 6 there are literally zero places to park and the row that is supposedly for guest parking is totally taken. Additionally, the dealers have taken up all the street parking. So basically, you have to drive onto the dealer lot and park your car in the middle of the lot and back out of the lot because it is so crowded. Really, the dealer should move some of their cars off the lot or at least leave some street parking for customers. I will come here again for future parts.

    I took my 2019 Hyundai Elantra N Line in for engine issues, and what began as a warranty repair…read moreturned into ongoing problems every few months. Over time, I experienced engine trouble, cylinder and coil issues, excessive oil consumption and burning, hesitation during acceleration, and clogged fuel injectors, ETC. My biggest frustration is that these issues were never proactively addressed, and there were no recalls despite multiple independent mechanics confirming the problems. To make matters worse, my final interactions with the service department were disappointing. I found the staff rude, dismissive, and unclear in their communication. Follow-up was minimal, and I often felt I was being given the runaround. It ultimately took a male friend stepping in to help get answers and resolution before any meaningful action was taken. The repair costs were significant for a vehicle with fewer than 66,000 km, and the issues did not appear to be related to normal wear and tear. I have since sold the vehicle and would not recommend Hyundai North Shore or Hyundai in general based on my experience.
