By far, easiest way to park at PDX. They have a great AAA discount, and have coupons all the time (if you print your boarding pass at home, a coupon will print if you fly Delta or Alaska). Very convenient and well run operation. The drivers are really friendly, except for the guy who works early mornngs during the week. He never gets up to offer to help with luggage. I believe in tipping these guys, so I appreciate the extra help getting off the shuttle, especially if I'm wearing a suit and heels. Needless to say, the lazy guy is not getting any of my cash. Save your yellow cards too. They add up to free days of parking! read more

Perfect. Easy peasy. Convenient. Efficient. How many other ways can I love thee, Park N Fly? Pay $10 a day for parking on a credit card as you exit (don't lose your ticket), board the shuttle at many stations (remember your boarding station) and ride the shuttle (every 8 minutes) to the terminal. Board the same color (red, blue, etc) bus back to your lot, listening for your stop. I'm not positive, but I think you can even pay from inside the airport before you even head out to your car. But that might only be certain lots, like the garage. It would be nice to produce your credit card in a more protected surrounding versus being alone in the lot at the pay station in the dark...hm. I'm not sure you can but it would be nice if that's what that pay station in the terminal was. I've ridden the red line max to the airport before but this was simpler for not that much more money. It's nice having your car exactly where you left it when you return from a trip, especially if your trip returns you to Portland at a weird time (I got in at 10 at night so I was looking forward to a direct connection back to my house. Park N Fly takes the hassle of long term airport parking. You drive in and take a ticket, and they direct you to a spot to park. By the time you get your car parked, the shuttle arrives - the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car - and the driver helps transfer your bags from your car to the shuttle. Off to the airport and your airline. On the way back, you call the number provided as the plane rolls to the gate. By the time you make it to the shuttle stops in front, the shuttle is waiting. The driver takes you back and swings right up to you car, and helps transfer your bags. On the way out, you stop at the drive-up window and pay a very reasonable rate. We stayed five days - we got one day free - and it cost $36. read more

When you check in online and reserve your parking spot, you are able to print out a confirmation with the total price. Upon checking out,( November 17th, 2014 at 7:00pm) the woman who took our money was incredibly rude. She charged us more than our confirmation stated and when we showed her our confirmation paper, without looking at it, she referred us to a sign somewhere on the property that supposedly said we would be charged by the hour. She was aloof, rude and dismissive. I wont park here again because of her demeanor, which is disappointing because the shuttle bus drivers were wonderful! read more

Parked here this past weekend. As you drive in and take your ticket, the attendant in the office will direct you to an open spot. It's around $10/day but there are coupons on the website for $8/day. I parked there at 5pm on Friday and left 10pm on Sunday. They charged for 3 full days. The drivers are the best part. They're very friendly. I tipped them even though I only had a light carry-on. They told me about the rewards program they have with Alaska Airlines and their frequent-park program (park 10 times, get 1 day free). When they drop you off at the terminal upon departure, they hand you a card with your parking spot written on it and instructions/phone # to call when you get back into town. When I returned, I called and a shuttle was sent out to get me and arrived within 5 minutes, so be sure to have your luggage before you call. read more

Waited at airport for over an hour, kept calling number and it said party unavailable. Went to information booth and they kept trying as well. Husband ended up having to take a cab to the place to get our car. We will never use this service again. After a long flight from Hawaii this is not what you expect or need. Zero stars. First time using park and fly and we could of not been happier with this experience! Drove up, they told us where to park and shuttle was there waiting for us. The driver was very friendly and helpful with luggage. Upon return called they were at airport within 5 mins, picked us up drove us right to our car. Currently commuting between 2 cities so I travel A LOT. The facilities at Park N Fly are great, and most of the people are nice. However, the last 4 times I parked there, the same shuttle driver has inconsiderately blasted extreme right-wing talk radio, made fun of a previous customer for being gay (thinking I'd be ok with that for some reason and laugh along), and was spouting off his smug glee for Trump's win a day after the election (too soon), again thinking his customers would want to hear about his political views. There are plenty of other places to park, and I can't in good conscience support that, so am taking my business elsewhere. read more

Fast and easy! You can make a reservation online (I would recommend it for the holidays). If you use your AAA discount it comes out to be $10/day. This lot isn't very big compared to other parking lots I've been accustomed to in other cities. I didn't see any covered parking spots. If you save 10 cards then they give you a free day. They pick you up and drop you off at your car. Once you land you have to give them a call and they get there pretty quick. It's about a 5-7 minute drive from the airport. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR AND BE COMPLETELY UNAPOLOGETIC ABOUT IT. LITERALLY THE WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. These people were total assholes. When I got there, the woman who took my ticket and my valet started making fun of my car, thinking I couldn't hear her. It's a nice car--a 2002 Avalon--I have no idea what her fucking problem was, but she pretended she hadn't said anything when I called her out on it. I left my car at Park and Fly around noon. They must have moved it over the weekend, because they left the lights on. When I got back to the parking lot after my trip, my car battery was dead, which meant I had to call into work and explain to my boss why I wouldn't be able to make it in for my shift. Despite the fact that this was 100% their fault, they were completely useless when it came to helping me jump my car. They did not help at all. They wouldn't even give the number of a mechanic. The lady pointed at a phone book, told me to take care of it myself and went back to eating her lunch. To top it all off, they broke the stereo in my car. It no longer works. Lastly, they STILL made me pay for parking. After everything they did. Despite the fact that they did what will probably amount to hundreds of dollars of damage to my sound system AND the fact that I will probably need to get a new battery. All in all, the front desk staff at the Park and Fly was lazy, inept, rude and incompetent. Literally the worst travel experience I've ever had. Next time, I'll stick with public parking. read more

I totally have to agree with Jen on this place. I have used it at least 10 times or so and have always had really good & fast service. They don't mess around waiting for stragglers either. I am a running late out the door kind of guy and I came here one time over Xmas and the lot was slammed full and was only taking reservations. Well they must've known that I was a loyal customer and they took my car as a valet with the keys and I totally trusted them with my hoopty Buick to drive around their lot as they needed to. Did I mention I was running late? Well we had almost a full bus when some big group showed up and the driver thought about it and I prayed and then he closed the door and we were off for the terminal! Yeehaa! I totally tipped him $5 and I even grabbed my own bag. Those drivers are the greatest. The only problem I have with this place is that I can never remember their name to go to their website to get me some coupons. "Park (shuttle) 'N Fly" I always forget the 'shuttle' part. Also I hated to review them because I don't want them to get over crowed so that I can't park there cheaply anymore but since this is my 50th review I figured I'd make it a good one and they are really good. Park N Fly is a fine second option for airport parking after Air Park. It is definitely missing some of the niceness and polish that you get with the former, but the basic service is the same, and they're right next to each other. I wasn't given a punch card like Air Park has (a great deal). Of note, I don't believe the driver technically stopped the shuttle when he took me to the airport - we were definitely slowly rolling forward when I got off, action movie style. read more

We have used Park & Fly exclusively now for several years because they always give you prompt service to and from the airport - no matter what time of day you arrive or depart. Your car is always safe in their lot and their rates are very reasonable. I think it's a dollar a day more than the big airport economy lots but it's worth it to us to be picked up & dropped off at your car by the van. I have been going to Park N Fly since I moved to Portland in 2011 and am considering finding another option based upon the horrible customer service I received today. Upon pulling up, I popped my trunk and the responsible person asked me how long my stay was and turned me away like I was a piece of garbage. Since my stay wasn't long enough, I was turned away which has never happened to me before. The icing on the cake was after I was turned away I received a snotty negative comment based upon the size of my bag that insinuated that I had overpacked. Seriously? Maybe I had presents for some orphans in there or something- I didn't, but could have for sure. Very unprofessional and totally uncalled for- thank you Park N Fly for making me want to pay the ridiculous $21/day for long term parking at the airport and not think twice- well played. read more

Unlike most of you, I had an awful experience at Park N Fly. I arrived at 5:30am and was told by the woman to park in row 1. There were only two spaces available and they were both very, very narrow and one side of row 1 is angled diagonal and the other is straight, so maneuvering to get in a tight space is incredibly difficult especially with a longer car, which I have. So I decided to go to row 2, where there was an open and convenient space. I parked and got out of my car and unloaded my suitcase and carry on and stood for a minute or two (of course it was raining) until the shuttle arrived. The drive was cool, but he said he couldn't load me up because the woman at the front wanted me in row 1. I told the driver I could NOT fit in any spaces in row 1 and this was my closest option. He still said he couldn't load me up and that I had to be in row 1. As you can imagine, I was dumbfounded and beyond frustrated. I simply loaded back up, and headed down the street to Airpark Parking. The woman didn't say a word, apologize, or show any sign of caring that I was completely frustrated and what had just happened was beyond idiotic and insane. They have lost a potential frequent parker and someone who voiced their horrible experience on Yelp. I recommend you stay away from Park N Fly. read more

LOVE parking here!! You go in, take a ticket, the person tells you what parking space to park in, you get out of your car and the shuttle picks you up right there. No need to lug your luggage to the nearest station or so. When you get back, you give them your card which has the exact location of your car and they drop you off right there in front of your car. Love it! So easy. So much better and easier than the Red and Bue Lot at PDX. I highly recommend. Great service, good price, and friendly people. On one occasion, my husband accidently left our backpack, which had our laptop in it, on the shuttle. The friendly woman there called us to let us know that we left our backpack on the shuttle. I drove in to the parking lot, the woman working told me exactly what row to go to for parking and as soon as I turned down that row, the shuttle bus was already right behind waiting to pick me up. The driver was very friendly and nice. When I arrived back at the airport on my return flight, I called the number to have the shuttle pick me up and when I walked outside, it was already there waiting for me. I printed out the email receipt after booking and paying on line. The pay-n-park place I was sent to didn't have my reservation or even recognize the confirmation number. I paid them again and was able to park. I was told they would have a refund for me on my return, but they didn't. They told me they would contact me later. I have written this off. I called and they told Me they just sent two buses up here and no one was there. They guess they can send someone back to get us. Then The shuttle passed Us up at the stop to pick up a young white couple. (Where they told us to be) He didn't even help us with our luggage on the shuttle. So When he stopped the shuttle he took our luggage and put it outside the shuttle. But when we didn't see our van. We asked him did he see the purple and Grey van? He said it was over there. Once we got off the shuttle We seen our van three rows over. Did I say it was pouring down raining. So we had to push all of our luggage three rows over in the rain at 10:30pm. Yes it was dark. This service is fantastic - no more dragging my luggage through the PDX long term parking lot in the cold rain and/or pitch dark to get to my car -and sometimes I had trouble finding it :( - now I get car-to-car service, they even put my luggage in the car for me. And the staff is always great too-very friendly, helpful and polite. In fact, on a recent trip a note was left on my car to check at the office on the way out and one of the staff had found my credit card near my car when I parked it and turned it into the office! I have been parking at Park N Fly about 3-4 times a year for over 15 years. I have had great service, until last Saturday. I called when we got our baggage as instructed. We waited 20 minutes and saw two shuttles on the departure deck, but they never came down to the arrival deck. I called back and the woman seemed flustered and said she would send another van. We were waiting in the shuttle pick up area. When the van arrived, we waived down the driver and he drove passed us and parked in the bus parking area. When we got on, I asked if he saw us, and he said yes, but he was not allowed to stop there. I then told him that we were already upset because we had (now) been waiting 29 minutes. He said, "that's not possible." I told him I would show him on my phone when I called and he snapped back that he would "show me his paperwork that proved it was not that long. When we got to the cashier, I told her that I was not very happy that we had to wait almost a half an hour and that I would like to not pay for today's parking fee ($8). She said, it was a "situation that was beyond their control." It told her that I had been a customer for over 15 years, and that I am agreeing to pay for all of the other days, but wanted to be given today at no cost. No! I looked for place on their website to write an e-mail to them. None is listed. Only a phone number to the office where I had issues with the staff. So, after 15 years, we are moving a block down the road to the Air Park. It is a $1 more a day, but at least I (hope) I won't be treated disrespectfully. read more

I reserved on line about a week before my trip. I got a confirmation with a price of $64.96. When we returned, I gave the clerk my confirmation that I had printed out. She charged me $79.00 and wouldn't even consider the confirmation quote. She was rude as well. I sent an email to the email that the confirmation came from and explained what happened. Quite possibly the biggest a-hole on Earth working there. Called as plane pulling into the gate to let them know we were arriving as they'd specified (we had called them from Mexico to make sure we knew the process as I was very ill and we wanted to make sure it went as quickly as possible), followed directions exactly to where he claimed the shuttle bus would be, and after telling him repeatedly by phone that we were standing there and there was no shuttle, the guy was a real jerk and kept talking to me like I was a two year old and telling me that it indeed was there right in front of me. even though I literally read off the names of the hotel and rental car shuttles that were there. We walked the entire length multiple times and their shuttle was not there. Then my husband calls him back and the guy admits that the shuttle had left...and was incredibly rude about it! Unbelievable. When the shuttle finally returned after another 10 minutes in the cold, we were the only people waiting and the driver just sat there as I struggled to lift our heavy luggage up the stairs because God forbid he get off his lazy butt and help (or put down the ramp). I have been using Park N Fly for 8 years and have never have had a problem with them. Their employees and management are top notch, very accommodating and always friendly. They have great customer service and I will keep using them. They always get me to the airport on time and when I return they are there to pick me up. I just give them a call and their shuttle is right there. I have used Park (Shuttle) N Fly for parking/transport to PDX about 15 times this year for business and pleasure and every experience has been exemplary. Most recently (12/9/16) after I returned to Portland from sunny California (after being gone for 4 days), I found my car covered in a sheet of ice. I had no snow boots, gloves or warm coat and it was 10:00 p.m. I had to climb in through the passenger door just to enter my car. After running the defrost for 25 minutes, I had no progress. I got out to assess the situation and, out of nowhere, Arlo, the shuttle bus driver saw me and swooped in for the rescue, using his ice scraper to free up my windshield. He also gave me helpful tips on how to break up the remaining ice tundra. And then, he disappeared. I wrote a letter of commendation to his supervisor, a thank you to him and am posting this review out of sheer gratitude. P.S. I went and bought an ice scraper the next day and I keep snow boots in my car when I travel now. Things come to us as a message--a problem--and then a crisis! read more

I don't usually spend time posting reviews but Park N Fly deserves a big shout out! I have used this services many times since moving to to PDX. The facility is well maintained and clean. The vans are spotlessly clean and new. The drivers are cheerful and so efficient. They pick me up from my car within moments of arriving and get me to the terminal with time to spare and no stress! When I get back after my trip they pick up right by the baggage claim and drop me off at my car and make sure I am safely in my car before leaving. All this for a very competitive rate. I love it!
