The office is beautiful, clean and with comfortable furniture. They also have mini fridge with bottled water, seltzer, and I think ginger ale ( if I'm mistaken, please correct me so I can update my review), and a tray of mints. There is a Keurig machine and they served a variety of teas (no caffeine before a doppler ultrasound). The medical reception staff were efficient, the radiology technician was patient and helped me adjust my legs when I felt fatigue and discomfort. The physician I had the consultation answered all my questions and re assured me that my veins could be repaired without any invasive procedure. My next hurdle is hoping my insurance approves the procedures and I'll have my legs back at least to 85 to 95 percent. Lastly, the staff sent me home with a sturdy canvas bag that had a nice metal water bottle, lip balm, hand sanitizer, folder with treatment notes and information about the various conditions, and sheet with all they types of procedures performed to treat them.

I was supposed to have a 10am appointment with Dr. Faust but when I arrived was told Dr. Faust wasn't in and it would be Dr. Yemen seeing me. When I arrived at 9:50am there was only one individual in front of me. I filled out the necessary paperwork and half an hour later was escorted to a room to wait for the doctor to go over my ultrasound results. I waited in that room for over an hour and a half. No exaggeration. While waiting in that room, I heard the doctor going to see different patients who arrived after me. I asked the receptionist several times how much longer I should expect to wait and why was the doctor seeing people who came after me first. She apologized profusely and said I would be next. Well, that wasn't true. From inside the room, I could hear him going to another patient and then another. Another 20 minutes go by and I speak with the receptionist again who tells me she's really sorry and that apparently she told the doctor I was next but he's choosing to see other clients first. What? Absolutely horrendous doctor. To make matters worse, he finally comes into my room and says I have "bad veins" and to just wear compression stockings. When my daughter who's a nurse called my cell phone to speak with him regarding the results, he told her that he already explained the results to me and he didn't have time to re-explain himself. So unless you want to spend 2.5 hours waiting in a doctors office to be seen by an unprofessional, condescending doctor, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Dr. Yemen is by far the worst health care "professional" I've ever encountered.

Bringing in my grandma for her leg procedure was relatively easy because the facility was able to schedule my grandma car service to come pick us up. When I arrived, I was greeted by those working in the front desk. They were super helpful and friendly. They quickly checked us in. Prior to grandma's procedure, I received a call with all the information needed.   Facility is super clean and well equipped. When Dr. Zhang was reading my grandma's report, he was kind, and thoughtful. He is super knowledgeable in the field. He is easy to talk to and easy to understand.
