I was able to get my blood testing done in the exam room and the imaging was done immediately afterwards next door. The facility is private and clean. I was tired of going to a facility where it's very crowded in the waiting area. Also, I wasn't a fan of my name getting called loudly in the waiting area and having to wait a long time to be seen. At FemGyn, the experience is the total opposite. I was seen shortly after completing some paperwork. The front desk representative was sweet and professional. This is My first time in ANY urgent care facility because I was leery of them. However, I went to this facility and I was impressed by the design and tranquility. The receptionist was very nice. She greeted me And I explained to her that this was first time and she walked me through the registration process. I didn't have to wait long because I was called in to the room. I had a history done on me and I told them about my coughing issues. I was given quick swabs and it was explained to me what they were testing for. Again, my wait time was not long and I was seen by Dr. Elina Kerzuma. She was really very nice and patient with me. I told her about my issues and concerns. She walked me though what was going on with me. She gave me options about issues that I had. I was given a chest x-ray. It was determined that I was in the early stages of Bronchitis! I work in a middle school and lot of my colleagues were going through this exact issue. She immediately gave me the medication that I needed to work on my illness. She already had my medication sent to Target. I was encouraged to come back if I was not feeling well. I appreciate the fact that my experience wasn't rushed or I wasn't feeling ignored. The male nurses that were there doing my cultures and background information were efficient and respectful. I honestly felt comfortable. I have no problem coming to this urgent care, again, for any other issues. Their first impression was good enough to win me over. Thank you.

There is no point in checking in online. I've been sitting here for an hour watching people without appointments be seen. Third - the front desk is standoffish. I had an appointment here for 11:30 am on 4/16/2026. I've been to the Park Slope location a year…read moreago but this was my first time at the Bay Ridge location. I was running a little late and called ahead of time to inform them. Fortunately I was still accommodated without any issues. Once I arrived and check in then waited in the beautiful & clean waiting for about 5 minutes. I was able to charge my device while I waited which I loved and appreciated. The exam rooms are clean and I had a good experience with the clinician named Julia. She was super sweet and professional. She asked all of the appropriate questions to get a better sense of my health history. Unfortunately the medical assistants there were unable to successfully draw my labs. They tried about 3 times but a nurse did not attempt to draw them unfortunately despite me agreeing to. I was given an outside script to go to a local Quest Diagnostics. Aside from this blood draw "issue", I had a phenomenal experience here. Not entirely sure I will need to return to this location anytime soon. Although this location is easily accessible via the R train, I prefer commuting to the Park location instead.

I walk in, it's never crowded and I'm usually seen right away. I'm always treated by the doctor's with real care and concern for my symptoms. Today, I was in pain from head to toe. I needed official doctor's lines filled out for work and a pain injection. My specific pain injection type was available. The doctor was gentle with the jab and he filled out my forms. Please note that this facility often has the official doctor's lines for MTA employees if you forget to bring your own. This is a good place. Grateful to have it in my neighborhood.

Was very sick and ended up having the flu. I was hesitant to come here because the reviews aren't…read morethat great but I took my chances & was perfectly fine. The staff were friendly and it was a very short wait. I saw a Physician's Assistant and didn't have any complaints. Was in and out in about 40 mins. They did a rapid flu and rapid covid test on me right then and there. Only thing I didn't enjoy & never will is checking in on an iPad. So germy but I guess it's the best method for the times we are in!
