I explained that the technician must arrive prepared to assess and treat in ONE appointment. I specified that he must move appliances, stuff gaps with steel wool, get under radiator covers and plug holes with foam-- no more but no less than that. Pest pro was the third place I called and the only place that was willing to meet my requirements of coming prepared to plug up and treat. The other two places said they needed to do an assessment which in my experience can mean just forcing you to pay and stay home all day twice instead of once. The person who showed up was new to the job but came prepared as requested and did a great job. They plugged behind my stove, placed traps behind my fridge, plugged under several radiators, and left glue traps out. In the end a wooden trap that I placed caught the mouse and I haven't seen another since. I'm pretty certain that the kitchen mice were coming in behind the stove which pest pro mouse-proofed well. It was $325 in the end but it only took one appointment and the problem is totally solved so I would use them again, though I don't think I'll have to because they really sealed up the place and recommended some follow ups which I can do myself for larger holes that they couldn't handle wit steel wool and foam.

This is a review about the honesty and professionalism of Jeff from Ecology Exterminating. I had…read morecontacted him after observing a large pile of reddish dust in my basement which I thought might be from termites. When I told Jeff I had taken photos of the dust he told me to send him the photos. Three minutes after texting them to him he called me back and said it looked like it could be from termites and that we should set up an appointment for the following day. Jeff arrived with a large, bright flashlight and then after inspecting the dust he told me that the dust was from an exposed crumbling brick located above. He also said the photo I had sent him yesterday looked like it could be termite activity and that's why he needed to see it in person. Jeff then then inspected the area and the rest of the basement. At one point he thought he saw some activity in a wooden beam, but then when he jabbed it with a screwdriver and confirmed there were no termites. I really appreciate Jeff's honesty and would definitely call Ecology Exterminating again in the future.

After several different chats, Chelsea Pet control accommodated me right away and saw me briefly after. We had an exterminator come over and spray the first two times, but the issue still did not seem to go away. Although he was extremely friendly and we loved his personality and kindness, we knew we needed a more advanced technician. We were not satisfied yet, there was definitely a lot of questions left unanswered. I messaged Chelsea Pest Control to request another technician to have another look themselves and see if someone else can figure it out, and then they sent over Sammy. In a matter of MINUTES, Sammy was able to detect the problem and what was causing this infestation! He was confident and diligent, not afraid to get his hands dirty. You can tell he works hard and is extremely determined to finding a solution NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES. He took the extra time to spray our apartment extra, give us a clear explanation on how to stop it, and answered all my questions and concerns confidently and patiently.
