Unfortunately this is becoming so common, the service industry needs to understand that we (us customers), pretty much pay their bills. When we get bad service, we tip accordingly. I can still remember how much we loved our server. She was newer but GREAT. (I can't remember her name). I didn't see her nor could I get anyone to answer my question about her. They just seem to not care. They stated "with as many people coming and going here, it could be anyone". I didn't find that appealing. I do recall she had been bartending for years before. I just wish I would've posted a review about her then. I hope she is still there cuz this place might have a chance to stay in business with her and the service she gives.
