On top of the $4 for the first hour fee, it's a non-sensical slap in the face having to use a different app to do it. Granted, I could get out of my car like a sucker and use the kiosk, but the whole move to parking payment apps is to make things easier and frictionless. Not adding another obnoxious layer of downloading another app, making a profile, adding payment information and so forth. My levels of incredulity are off the charts here. Lot 1, you are a shame to lots everywhere.

This place is slimy. At first it seems easy, rates look comparable to others in the area, and…read moreservice is good. But after renting for several months, there was a sudden increase in rate from $74 per month to $129 per month, effective in a month. That's a 75% increase. 55 dollars is 74.3% of 74 dollars. I had some management folks doing creative math to create a smaller number, arguing with me about the percent. Reasons given for the increase include cost of doing business, inflation, going rates of other renters, and other factors. Peak inflation post-COVID was 9% per year. They're clearly gauging and trying to pass it off as normal. But they continued to advertise low rates online. The rates listed online, such as 69-79 per month for 5x10, are "promotional rates", I was told by the regional manager. I take that to mean that those are rates to lure you in. Upon reviewing my initial rental agreement, there was no mention that my $74 rate was a promotional rate, and no mention that I could expect a large rate increase within a year. I was given offers by the location to move to a similarly sized unit across the hall for a slight increase in rent. I don't understand why they would make someone move like that. Regional manager gave me the option to pay $99 per month for the same unit. I decided to take our business elsewhere. Imagine being someone who can't just move their things out within a month, perhaps due to age or disability. Or imagine being someone who lives in another part of the country. I myself am a busy healthcare worker and I don't have time for this. Some people have no choice but to pay the large increase in rates. I think they know this. I think it's built into their business model. I think it's really slimy. I think this place can provide a good short term service, but I wouldn't trust them. They are extracting extra money from folks with limited warning, knowing that if folks don't agree to rate increases, they have to go through the hassle of finding a different place all over. It's somewhat like extortion. Their parent company West Coast Self Storage has a website that says, "With West Coast Self-Storage, you get storing solutions from a business that you can trust." Let's stop in and see what they have to offer. This place is run by an elderly couple who were super nice and friendly. All I had was my debit card so I asked her if I could buy a tide pod off of her for the wash. I told her all I had was a debit card and she said it would cost me more to ring up that sale. So here just take the Tide pod. She was super nice and friendly. I could tell this was going to be a nice adventure. Had a little bit of trouble getting the machine to take my credit card, but the nice lady behind the counter said that sometimes they can be a little finicky. So she came over and we got the issue fixed. I have to say, this had one of the nicest seating areas I've ever seen in any laundromat. Literally four couches, two easy chairs and plenty of other seating options. The nice part about this visit is it was quick. 28 minutes to wash, 45 to dry, so I was out of there in a little over an hour. It was just perfect Bottom line? If I'm ever in Post Falls again I will absolutely do my laundry here. The place was clean, the people were very friendly, and it got the job done in record time.

I want to start this review by saying this was one of the most unprofessional service and staff…read moreexperiences I've ever had -- and that's coming from someone who works at a motorcycle dealership in the area. I brought my 2019 Harley Road Glide in for service after a blown head gasket so the repair could be completed under warranty. The repair was done, and they replaced the head gaskets, piston rings, etc. (parts shown in photo). The repair timeline was reasonable since it was the middle of winter. Fast forward to this month: after putting around 1,000 miles on the bike since the repair, I checked the dipstick and found the oil was extremely low and completely black. I later discovered that Lone Wolf's service writers and technician did not change the oil. When I called and asked why this basic procedure were skipped during an internal engine repair, I was told warranty denied those items. I contacted the warranty company directly to confirm, and they stated they never received an invoice for oil. They also told me they do NOT condone this type of behavior and that Lone Wolf had misrepresented the situation to me. I escalated the issue to management and had a sit-down meeting with the service manager, Steve, and the general manager, Dan. During the meeting, Steve became extremely confrontational and was ultimately removed from the meeting by Dan for literally screaming at me because he was frustrated with the situation and knew he was in the wrong. Dan ultimately refused to do anything to correct the issue with either me or the motorcycle. He told me he would not help unless I chose Lone Wolf to perform future work for an upcoming cam job I already have scheduled with M6 Cycles next week. The meeting ended with Dan saying he would "research" whether changing the oil was required by the service manual. Since then, I have heard nothing back, and my calls have gone unanswered. Moral of the story: NEVER have Lone Wolf Harley-Davidson service your motorcycle. Take it to M6 Cycles in Post Falls for certified Harley service work (warranties accepted), honest repairs, and technicians who won't cut corners and turn your motorcycle into a liability. The way they treat customers clearly reflects how the business is run. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against both their sales and service departments as a whole. I will also be contacting Harley-Davidson corporate to escalate this matter further, as this situation represents a serious liability concern. I will update this review if Lone Wolf makes any attempt to correct the situation.
