My motther-in-law always has reliable, newer vehicles as she is required to do a lot of driving for her job. Her cars always look good, sound good and last long! We thought we should ask her, and she recommended the Auto Dr. When I called Auto Dr to book my appointment they were very courteous, polite & precise about everything, and really listened to my description of the cars needs. I got an appointment for the next day! The gentleman I booked with ensured me it was not always the case, but they always did there best get everyone in. Awesome Customer Service! When I dropped my car off, it was a little confusing to find the entrance, as the building he is in is shared with a private car dealership. I found my way, and went to the desk where I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who confirmed my number, asked a few questions, and then let me know they would be looking at it very soon, and asked if I wanted to wait, or if we wanted a ride home for when we wait. I was so impressed by this service! Our car was in the shop for about 4 hours, and we were getting a tune up and oil change (plus I needed a few bulbs, belts, minor repairs done) I found it was a very quick servicing. Our car has never ran better, not even when I got it new! It was also very clean inside, and did not have any grease spots or dirt, The steering wheel was also clean. The Price was so affordable, we were very impressed. and have been back since for more major work, and I completely trust their expertise and ethics! Lucky us! They Said it rode rough on test drive , which was a drive down one row in their parking lot. there were no issues with how it drove. I even had a recent safety done on it. It never Missed a mtce schedule since I bought new in 2013....it was in excellent driving condition for that age. If I didn't live almost 2 hr away I would have taken it back home. I was trying to help my grandson out with buying his first vehicle by trading this in for him as part of down payment.... they said it will get put in lot for scrap. Now I see it on their website for $1,888. It isn't even washed from when we brought it in. They are good talkers but after that I would never recommend them to anyone. DISCUSTING ....
