It was suggested that I purchase over $400 of art supplies and through Jerry's only to find out with now being with the Greenwood Village Curtis Art Center that I do not need many of the paints nor brushes. I am learning about value, placement and how to mix colours to achieve and learn about the colour wheel and how to make the colours work for my painting. I was interested in painting a landscape and found the selection to choose from was around animals and things I was not interested in. She didn't smile, her tone was rude and she made us feel like we were greatly inconveniencing her. She had no personality or Customer Service skills, so how she became manager, I'm not sure. That is probably why so many of the employees there have not been the friendliest, they have a manager like her! I also feel as if the selection here has not been as good lately. Maybe just because it's a busier one and things are picked over. But I definitely have better luck at the Park Meadows one and even the smaller one off of Monaco. The cashier and my love for Hobby Lobby are the reason my review has stars, Donna got one in her own. She helped me, but in no way made me feel like a valued customer.

This concert was the first music event hosted here. There were about 100 people in attendance and there was plenty of room. There was a bartender and a full bar; staff was pleasant and attentive. There were a few sound issues, but I think it was mainly the artists' particular requirements that caused a few delays. This is a rented space so I assume all sound equipment was provided by the renter. Overall a good venue in downtown Parker which is very quaint and cute.
