Our 20+ year old pre-finished 3/4 maple planks were looking sad from weekly summer renters and winter water damage. After the windows were replaced it was time to do the floors. Instead of replacing good wood, we opted for refinishing. The crew cleanup pretty well, but Matt opted to hire a cleaning crew that left our home sparkling.
