The worst part about having to do touch-up paint on walls is the number and colour no longer exist - even though the paint is from the same company. We had great help today. His service was top-notch. He was friendly and calm, and tested different colours to come up with the closest match. Even though the colours were off when we tested it on the wall, it's his service that made us remember him. Good job, Ace, for hiring such a special person.

Gary is one of our favourite persons to work with. His professionalism extends beyond his job description. Gary has proved that he has strong ethical standards when approaching his clients. We strongly believe that Gary will make a great impact for himself and for Oakhurst Rock. We made several trips to the rock yard before making our decision(s). The men were patient with us and assisted us whenever we have questions. I witnessed that they treat every customer with the same professional attitude. While we were there, I also noted that Gary (who's in a senior position now) mentors his junior team members while keeping their client's best interest first and foremost. Each chair has it's own little grease/ dirt spot above it left by the thousands of people who sat there before you did....grosssssssss. Exactly, how many people does it take to leave a grease/ dirt spot on a wall? I just expect anything that has to do with health care to have a sanitary, clean, antiseptic feel and look to it. I highly recommend them. I have had two crowns put on which look and feel great. Once last year, I woke up with swollen gums on the right bottom side for seemingly no reason, Dr Kim was able to see me right away and took care of the problem immediately.
