We did everything on-line: sign-up, input our information, pick the day and time available, then click to confirm. A few minutes later, we receive an email confirming our appointment. The day before the appointment, we get a text that says to check-in via text when we get there. We didn't need to sign-up or wait at the facility. Moments later, we are called in to get our blood drawn. It's super convenient. I give kudos to the person, or persons who created this scheduling portion. Thank you, Quest. You deserve 5 stars.

Then they said my appointment would be in an hour and a half. I repeated I am not the patient just dropping off a fresh sample . She couldn't get that through her head. Said I had to wait for my appointment. By then I am angry . She said they didn't had my clients insurance so would penalize her by only billing her directly. I repeated yhe insurance info was just put into the keyosk. She said they don't have info in their system, then what is the point of the keyosk? Also it was strange when my client was called to repeat the sample all info was available at that time. When I went around the corner the rude was just sitting at a desk with 2 people besides me waiting. I think she should be retrained or fired

She treated us with care, listened to my husband's concerns, and tried to explain the best she could about the issues. Helen deserves a 4.75 of 5. Let me go back to my previous review. This is the only facility that we could go to with our 'horrible' insurance coverage. This 'so-called' medical office has only shown their unprofessionalism, their disrespect to patients, and their uncaring attitude - plus they bill under a doctor's name even though we never saw 'any' doctors there. This sounds like malpractice. (1 of 5) Thanks to Helen, this place managed to climb up from my previous review. This review is not for the place... but, for the person. Unfortunately, the overall accumulated points remain below 3 because of my original review.

Front desk ladies responses were "okay" when I was trying to urge her to speed the process up, specifically Rachel, so I would never bring your child here unless you wanna be neglected and for the front desk ladies to make you feel like you or your problem does not matter. He interchanged the tubes so fast, I thought I heard air or a loud suction and thats when the burning was at its worst. Never had that experience in my life getting blood drawn.

I looked around and heard some good things about Lab Corp. in Los Banos. I got over there the girls were polite, friendly, and professional. I will recommend this los Banis offers to everyone I see. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated. I am a private pay and again after being treated so poorly in Turlock it was quite refreshing to see someone in an office that actually cared about the people and cared about their job. The price listed on Quest's web page is $75. I had to pay last year too, but it was only $81. I talked to their billing department and they basically said That's the way it is. I think Labcorp is crooked.

Date of service : 4/11/25 at 6:40 AM…read more I arrived 20 minutes early (6:40am) bc I wanted to be the first patient in and out. To my surprise there was another patient waiting for the lab to open at 7am. I immediately got in line and quickly two more patients got in line behind me. Total of patients prior to opening =4. I can imagine how annoying this may be for an employee to get to work but the sweet girl working at the lab walked up to the door with a huge smile, greeted us and unlocked the door. We all checked in the kiosk and shortly after were called back one by one. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lab employee was so gentle and had such a pleasant attitude! I'm so happy the visit turned out to be quick since I had to be at work. The young lady working at this lab deserves a raise for having to work all alone. She's an exceptional employee and I will be back thank to her and of due to my doctor's orders ;)
