At the time there was an elderly man who worked the overnights and it was clear he had trouble getting in and out of cars because he would struggle. You know the kind, kicks the door wide open when getting out, has to hold onto the handle the get up, etc.. Mind you they can shuffle cars around at any time to make space for other cars. Almost every month I'd find new damage. The last straw is when they scraped the paint off my doors on a brand new Tesla, and denied any wrong doing. On top of that, the staff is overworked by management due to the sheer volume of cars they're accepting via valet (you'll NEVER see them put a "lot full" sign out like other garages do) when there's concerts at the stadium nearby for example. Because of this they are constantly stressed, speeding cars around inside to quickly get to the volume they have. And because of this they are not the most welcoming people. Lastly, the billing system is antiquated. Every month I need to physically pay the bill in the basement or mail a check to the main office. That means I need to go down when it's a good time FOR THEM to pay, otherwise they are running around moving and shuffling cars. If you're shopping around for a spot there are other garages nearby that are self park and automated billing. Do not park here if you can help it.

    I had used this service previously as found on AirportParkingreservations.com…read moreSeemed a bit shady....and they're not immediately responsive with calls... makes you wonder if you're gonna have to scramble last minute near JFK Airport to find parking when your flight's in under 2 hours... Anyway, it finally happened. 5 am, dark and cold with a 7 am flight, no answer, no one at this parking area at an industrial, warehouse facility. I had pre-paid, 10 days, worked quickly on my phone and found an alternative, thankfully with TSA Precheck, and the shuttle driver dropped me first... I made my flight! Reached the company later that day at their headquarters, their Toronto location, they informed me that JFK operations have ceased, no heads up, they have my phone, my email...no notification. Now fighting for my refunds (I have future parking scheduled and prepaid with them as well) Partially refunded after several calls and emails. Now they're not responding.... Shady operations!!!

    Repeatedly Disrespectful Service from Driver…read more I had two very disappointing experiences with the same driver, Sam, from the 7520 Astoria Blvd location. The first was on a Wednesday at 6 a.m.--he drove aggressively, had a bad attitude, and made me feel like I was a burden just for using the service. The second incident was on a Sunday at 7:30 a.m. after my return trip. I waited over 15 minutes, called the office twice, and when the driver finally arrived, he didn't even bother getting out of the car to help with my three suitcases. When I asked why, he dismissively said he had "just got a text to pick me up," and acted annoyed that I had called to follow up. His tone was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer care. Based on these experiences, I won't be using this company again and hope management takes a serious look at how this employee is representing their business.

I pulled up the ramp in my car with an infant, just one week old and my wife…read more I told they first parking attendant that I wanted to drive up a little bit to a flat road so it'll be easier for me to pull out the wagon, the baby and the mother that just gave birth. First parking attendant agreed and told me to pull up to the left on flatter road to make it easier for the baby to get into the carriage without any accidents. This other guy walks out of the office and starts yelling at me telling me what are you doing, don't you see the stop sign you have to stop there right at the top of the ramp. I told him I have an infant with me along with the baby's mama who just gave birth and it would be easier for me to get everyone out of the car safely without any accidents or mishaps. He then went back in the office to get a parking ticket for me. As he comes out he sees me taking a video of the perimeter of my vehicle just to ensure that when it comes out there aren't any new scratches or scuffs on the bumper. That's the same barking attendant then started yelling at me telling me that you Jews are all the same and if I don't trust him to park my car there then I shouldn't come here. He then went back into his office ripped up the parking ticket and told me to leave. And complete shock my wife and I approach him and say excuse me sir there's nothing wrong with us documenting on how we leave the car with you. We would need to see if there are any new scratches upon picking up the car which is normal protocol. Especially based on their reviews on how they treat cars here. He then starts cursing at us stands right in front of the vehicle and demands us to leave. I told him they said big deal and he should come down and I'll just park the car and I'll pick it up in a couple hours. Again demanding that we leave. Honestly I don't mind paying for good service along with quality customer service. The owner of this place needs to get rid of these low salary probably illegal status working parking attendance and start paying a little bit more money and get better employees to serve this customers correctly, and properly. I will be reporting this company to the BBB,  the department of Labor along with the department of consumer affairs.
