I emailed him and listed what I was looking for on the same day (7/15/19) 2. Ted emailed me about 2 days later and asked me to let him know about the condition of my trade-in car. (7/17/19) 3. I emailed him again a week later (8/5/19) Until today there Hasn't been a response (8/17/19) and I have gotten a new Honda Civic. Maybe Ted has left the company or maybe I should've called. Great experience!! I want it to get a new car but just thinking to go to different dealerships and deal with pushy sale representatives just gave a headache. A friend told me that now there were car brokers, something I never hear before, so, I searched on yelp and found 4 different companies. I contacted Motive Auto because of the great reviews they have, nobody recommend them to me. First I email them through his main website, but it seems it's not working properly, because they didn't get my email. After 2 days with no answer I call the main office, the manager took my number and told me a sale representative will contact me soon. Anthony call me the next day. He was very attentive and clearly explained me the process. He reassure me that his main job was to find me the car I wanted for the best price. He told me since the beginning he would be very honest about the price he would get to me because he wanted to honor the offer and not just give a low price to run my credit and then come out with something else. He was able to find me a blue Chrysler Pacifica with a great rate, get a good price for my trade-in, get me the insurance and make the transfer of previous car's plates. He managed to do all the transaction in 1 week and delivered my beautiful Chrysler Pacifica to my house last Saturday. I couldn't be happier. It was a bit difficult to trust in people you don't get to see until the end of the transaction but it was worth it. For sure I'll work with them again, I will recommend them to every person I know. I am a very cautious buyer, especially when it comes to cars; I like to take my time, and do research on cars(Which dealers try to rush you into buying aggressively..I don't like that), and make sure I fit in the car.
