Since taking over as president of the homeowner's association a few years ago, we have had a few different managers. In the last year or so we were blessed with Heather Eisfelder as our Community Association Manager. Once Heather became familiar with our community's concerns, she has been on it from day one. She is responsive to our needs and works in tandem with our Assistant Manager, Jane. Both Heather and Jane respond so promptly, even to last minute and after hours request. For a small community like ours, the value for our money has been worth it. I would not normally review a company like our management company...in fact I would never have thought they had a Yelp! page. What prompted this review was that during last night's meeting, Heather saved us about $50 / month on our street sweeping expenses. However, she went on to tell us that she had also identified nearly $300 in expenses that we pay per month and we do not use. For a small community of 75 homes, trying to keep dues low during this current economy, this is the kind of monthly savings that helps balance the budget and keep us out of the red. To be fair, my property manager (Jason Gasca) is a very nice person and means well…read more However, when confronted with a difficult tenant (like mine), he and Progressive fell far short on resolving issues and returning my calls and texts. These are the times that you need strong representation, which I did not receive. My property was rented below market value. When I increased the rent in Oct 2025, the renters refused to pay it through the end of his stay in February 2026. Jason and Progressive did nothing to resolve this issue and I never received the additional rent. The tenant short paid his last month by $4000 and stated that his security deposit would be used for the balance. Clearly, this is not what the security deposit is for. Again, Jason did nothing to address this issue, which was in violation of the contract. The tenant told Jason that the house was clean and undamaged. He requested that Jason meet him to walk the property but Jason did not show up. Jason said that he visited the house later and that it was clean and in great condition, other than some worn carpet areas. Nothing could be further from the truth. I had damaged wood floors, a large hole in one room's wall that had been poorly patched, the stove was dirty, the microwave controls were broken, and most of the carpet was permanently stained. All this damage costs me several thousand dollars to repair. Again, Jason did nothing to address this issue. I received clear evidence that the tenant was subletting rooms in my house. To this day, I still receive their mail. I showed Jason proof of this contract violation and he did nothing other than asking the tenant, who of course denied it. Jason never investigated it further. When I did have issues, Jason did not respond to my texts and calls for weeks. He only responded after repeated attempts. Given all this, I would never recommend Jason or Progressive to anyone.

She was disrespectful, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of receiving help, I was spoken to in a condescending and rude manner that made the conversation unnecessarily unpleasant. An HOA should set the standard for professionalism and respect when dealing with homeowners, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I know the management will not address this type of behavior, because Corbin is Andrew's assistant. Owners deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism however it's sad that over the years that is lacking. Owners are paying dues almost 500 a month, yet the property continues to look like it's falling apart. It feels like our concerns are dismissed while leadership remains unchecked. Homeowners deserve transparency, professionalism, and a board that actually cares about maintaining the community rather than allowing this kind of behavior and neglect to continue year after year!
