I called my insurance company, whose computers were down for a software update. My wife called 911, and was told the police had no one to send out to help us. I tried a couple of 800 numbers for towing companies and got gibberish on the first try and some woman who answered "Hello?" [never a good sign when calling an allegedly business number, eh?] ... on the second. Then I called Robert, got through, and found that he was able to pinpoint exactly where we were. He showed up ten minutes earlier than he'd indicated [keep in mind, this is on a Sunday afternoon], towed us to his facility, removed the obstruction and sent us on our way for less than we'd anticipated. Then about five miles later I noticed I was missing my wallet. I figured it had dropped out on the side of the highway, but, leaving no stone unturned, we called Robert back, who had himself just gotten back home. He said he'd look around, had to drive back to his garage, found my wallet there and called us back. Since we're from Illinois and were completely unfamiliar with the area he asked us where we were; we pulled into a BP station and he made a point of driving over there and meeting us with my wallet. He then refused the $60.00 tip I offered him, and replied simply, "If you like our service, leave us a good review." Now, this guy saved our lives twice in one afternoon: the scary part is that while we were in the process of hoisting my car onto the back of his rig, he mentioned that a couple of friends of his had been killed -- on the exact stretch of highway where we'd had our problem. He wondered if the place was haunted [BE ADVISED: I-80 EASTBOUND AROUND MILE MARKER 255]! But for Robert, that could have been us. I can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone.

Had an issue with my kids car. It was parked in a tight parking lot with out much room. No keys so…read morethe steering wheel was locked. They got the car out of the spot and got it towed to the dealer without any damage to the car or other cars. Great service!!!!!! Highly recommend
