I've been coming to Parktown Pizza since they first opened, and even though I moved to the Sacramento Valley years ago, this place is still a mandatory stop every time I'm back in town visiting family. Really bad order management with them having a QR code in the store and then deprioritizing the online orders, taking more than one and a half to two hours. It's a hidden gem in Milpitas off 680 freeway. The first time we ate here a month ago, we enjoyed the pizza. Came back again and we were blown away with the array of fresh favors of lamb pizza with fresh mint chutney and fresh cilantro sprinkled over the top. The gluten free crust was perfectly thin and soft. The spice level was perfect since we don't like very spicy foods. My husband and I just had our son's first birthday party here recently on a Sunday and the staff, Neil, and Amal were great in facilitating that our event went as smoothly as possible. Amal was great in answering all our questions during the planning stages. We had a party of a little over 50 people. They allowed us to decorate ahead of time and the nice fireplace was a perfect backdrop for our themed background, balloons, and placement of gifts. The ambiance was excellent as we wanted to host our son's birthday party that had a small number of children and the majority of guest being adults. We ordered a variety of pizza which had flavorful ingredients that made it really good. My favorite pizza was the Gladiator. My husband's was the Veggie Delight. The adults who came to our child's party also liked that they could check out the football games on several screens and the projector while ordering steins of beer. Overall we would definitely recommend this establishment for any get together, hangout, or parties. We look forward to coming here again. read more

Very overpriced, extra charge for using a credit card, but they do not accept cash, overly spiced pizza. I came here once, and thought it was unique sounding, with many Indian style pizzas, as well as regular pizzas, plus some appetizers on the menu. A personal size pizza (about 6" diameter) is $20.95. Bottled water was $3. A pepsi was $5. A 3% credit card surcharge was added to the bill, but you do not have the option of using cash there. A small pizza runs around $29. I paid for 2 personal-sized pizzas, 2 bottles of water, as the "non-spicy" butter chicken pizza had an immense amount of curry that choked up your throat, so more water was needed, and 1 pepsi, and with the surcharge, tax, and tip, it came to $68.13. All for a meal of two mini-pizzas for two people and no alcohol. I find that outrageous for a meal of that caliber. I could have had a very nice meal elsewhere for that price; not mini pizzas. The "non-spicy" butter chicken pizza made your nose run, your eyes water, and felt like it was closing off your throat with the wall of curry that hits it. It wasn't necessarily overly hot/spicy, but it felt like a caked-on layer of spice. It reminded me of when they warned about a trend where people were inhaling large amounts of cinnamon, and how dangerous it was. I only ate half, as we were to be there a few hours for a paint class, so had to have something for dinner, but would never go back again. There was some fresh cilantro on top of the pizza which was the one part I did like. They asked if we liked spicy food, and I said no, and they recommended this pizza. Everyone has their own tastes, but to me, this was terrible, and extremely over-priced. And to add a hidden charge for using a credit card, which THEY REQUIRE YOU TO DO, is an extra insult. I would not recommend this establishment, and will not eat there again. read more

The order was going to be eaten at the restaurant and the lack of sausage was only addressed after we asked about it. I'm not sure why we weren't told that there wasn't going to be sausage on our pizza per their menu, when asked we were told the sausage was moldy...that's fine, I wouldn't want moldy sausage but some forewarning would have been nice or an option to substitute or a discount of some sort but nope. Our friend who was hosting the party ordered a little bit of everything & they all tasted as if they were made with love! My favorite is their combination pizza - they did not skimp on toppings! There was a little bit of everything on every bite you'd take. Another favorite was their waffle fries smothered with tandoori chicken, it was spicy but super delicious and packed with flavor. I was also surprised how well the waffle fries held up even though it was smothered, there was still that cronch and firmness to it. This is hands down the BEST Sports Bar in Milpitas. The owner clearly loves sports and always has multiple screens showing every exciting game that is playing. I'm a huge basketball fan and I come here for every playoff game I can! Not only are there a ton of screens but the food is delicious American/Indian fusion and their craft beer selection is extensive! The Golden State Pizza is downright phenomenal!!!!! The chicken is spiced to perfection with a lemon pepper rub that compliments the abundant cilantro and onions to make a unique and mouthwatering pizza. Their crust is thin and crispy but without being dry or flimsy. They could be serving these pizzas out of a cardboard box in the ocean and it would be worth the swim. But the interior is thankfully vibrant and full of seats, tables, and great vibes. I'm incredibly picky about what sports bars I frequent and this one is undoubtedly topping my list. read more

I haven't written a Yelp review in a while but I thought it would be important to point out how disappointed I was from this place. I was craving pizza and my first thought was - let's go to Blaze or MOD Pizza. Their pizzas are crispy, thin-crust with unlimited toppings and great value (~$12). I decided to try something new though and ordered a personal pizza from Parktown Pizza company and it was about $21, advertised as 6 slices. It was the Butter Chicken pizza and when I received it, I literally LOL'd. The pizza was tiny and probably only 6" in diameter. The "6 slices" were each half the size of my palm and I ate each slice in 2-3 bites. Now, I get that inflation is bad and food costs have skyrocketed. But this? This is a total ripoff and the pizza didn't taste that great. It wasn't very crispy at all (in fact, a bit soggy) and the sauce didn't remind me of Butter Chicken at all. There was also very limited chicken. $21 for a personal pizza and the small pizza is almost $28? Other Indian pizza places have L or XL pizzas for $28 and I could've had two Blaze Pizzas for $21. Anyway, there's three issues with this place: 1) The sizes are much smaller than what's advertised. Another review mentioned that a L pizza is like a medium 2) Even though the sizes are smaller than other pizza places, the prices are double. 3) The pizza is nothing to write home about. Other Indian pizza places offer more bang for your buck on larger pizzas. And of course, Blaze is always the go to and I'll be sticking to that. Find better value for your money, folks! read more

The indian pizzas we ordered is so salty and spicy, and the salads were bland. This place is super expensive. One tall craft pint of beer was almost $20. Overall, we ordered 2 medium pizzas, 2 small personal pizzas. 1 tall craft pint beer, 1 pint beer 1 glass cybernetic, 1 water bottle with subtotal of $190.70 + service charge of $34.33 which they included in the bill + $6.75 credit card surcharge + $18.52 tax. Grand total of $250.30 for 6 adults and robbery. I'll never go back to this pizza joint. It was a highway robbery experience. read more
