Sorry to say, if you're in the business of helping kids (who don't drive!), you have to be open during later hours when parents can get the kids there without severely disrupting their schedules. The toys in the waiting room could be cleaner too. Not a fun job, but it sends the wrong message about the staff if things aren't clean.
