The worst staff of any doctor's office belongs to the best doctor in all of Atlanta. I trust no doctor as much as I trust Dr Hasso, but getting past her staff is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much for me to deal with. By the time you get to Dr Hasso, she has to treat you for whatever you came to her for, PLUS for the stress and anxiety you suffered while dealing with her staff. Best doctor; worst staff.

This year I had 1 medical student but he wasn't very personable (didn't introduce himself, kept saying someone else was gonna come and finish and left the room 5 times but it was always him who came back). I waited for about 30 minutes (despite being the only patient when I arrived early for my appointment) before my visit started. But once it started it was very quick and the physical wasn't thorough but I'm young and healthy. One thing I really like is that they draw lots of labs to check your health status and I have access to the results online through my insurance. The location is great and there is free parking in the Apartment parking deck, just sign in with the concierge.

She took the time to actually sit down and talk to me. Not only did she talk to me about health related issues, but I told her about my intentions to attend medical school. She shared her story and talked me through her process as a medical student in India. To me, the personality of my doctor is just as valuable as their expertise. Dr. Bendi definitely has a true balance of both. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the market for a primary care physician.

See below for a timeline of events: Sept 2014 - Initial visit. Receptionist fails to photocopy my insurance and manually enters completely incorrect info including my name & social security number. This means the claim is rejected by my insurance. Nov 2014 - I call them for my test results as I had heard NOTHING from them. Aren't doctors supposed to call you? Feb 2015 - First bill sent by medical office. How does this bill take so long? At this point I had assumed everything was taken care of since my insurance should have covered anything. I called their billing office and the woman ended up billing the wrong insurance company. Claim denied. Again. Apr 2015 - Second bill as the claim had been denied because the employee billed the incorrect insurance agency. I call the billing company AGAIN clarifying everything and see that my actual insurance company was billed at the end of April. May 4, 2015 - I receive a notice that my account has been sent to collections. At this point, the medical office has already received payment even after all of their screw-ups. I fail to see why I should be further responsible for this entirely inept medical practice. Do not come here for any of your medical needs or you'll end up in a 7 month long billing battle - none of which will be your fault.

However when I called to schedule an apt to get my medication refilled they said they didn't have any apt at any time that day and that they only had the earliest (9am) apt the next day even though they were supposed to be open till 1 on saturdays? They can only see me at 9 am? Also they are closed on sundays. They also wanted me to have costly and unnecessary blood work. I think I will be switching doctors :( sorry Georgia clinic

He has a great…read morebedside manner and is overall a very down-to-earth doctor who listens to his patients and is very responsive. His staff on the other hand is HORRIBLE. The front desk person is extremely rude each and every time I call. His nurse is also a very nasty person. Each time I call (which isn't very often) each of them make you feel like you're asking for the world and that you've really put them out. It's to the point of being very uncomfortable to even call there. It's a shame because Dr. Organ really is awesome. He would do much better with a nicer staff. I'll continue to see Dr. Organ but will probably have to tell the ladies how I feel about them in order for them to smarten up. Sad that I'll have to do that but I will not be spoken to like I'm an idiot every time I call.
