Here's what happened: 1. They skipped all intake forms, including insurance verification--unlike every other medical visit she's had. When questioned, staff insisted, "You don't need to fill anything out." 2. They assured her she owed $0 at checkout, despite her expecting a $30 copay (per her insurance). 3. Weeks later, a $644 bill arrived--with the clinic blaming HER for their refusal to collect insurance info upfront. After complaints, they "discounted" it to $355, then $287--admitting no fault whatsoever. This is predatory behavior, not an accident. I've reported them to the Georgia Department of Law and urge others to avoid this clinic. Shameful.

Very comfortable waiting area . Great for the kids , they have an area dedicated just for entertaining them ! We all want to feel cared for and listened to anytime we see a medical professional. You WON'T get that here. Here is an example of the dialog that went on between me and the NP: NP: "Do you have a primary care physician to whom I can forward information from this visit?" Me: "Well, I just moved here so it's a bit complicated. I do in the city I just moved from..." NP: cuts me off and says, "so I take that as a no." NP: "So what brings you in today?" Me: "I woke up yesterday with a sore throat, and for me, that's usually the first sign of a cold... (as I say this, she, for some reason, starts chuckling in a very rude, condescending way)...But I'm not experiencing any other cold symptoms, which I find unusual, so I'm here to make sure it's not strep." NP: "Do you have a fever?" Me: "I felt a bit feverish last night." NP: (with an annoyed look on her face) "Did you take your temperature?" Me: "No, I don't have a thermometer." NP: "ok, so no, you do not have a fever." There were several instances when anytime I gave anything more than a yes or no answer, her tone would get very impatient. In a very dismissive tone, she said I didn't have strep while she got the test ready, almost like she was saying, "ugh, I don't think you have strep but fine I'll test you for it."
