There was a ramp and stairs up to the pool house, and to enter the pool area you could pass through the dress up area with bathroom stalls included. The BEST part of the experience was the relatively large sized (outdoor) pool with pool tables that had umbrellas spaced around the cement floor outside. The depth ranged from 3 to about 5-6 feet which was just fine for what we were looking for, the kids were swimming underwater and doing summer-salts and all that good stuff, we could wade if needed be, and I was able to help the 3 year old I was there to see "swim" aka, hold her up while she waggled her arms and legs and said, "I'm swimming!" We were able to bring pool toys, floaties, noodles and... THE WATER WAS HEATED! First stepping in was still a little chilly but absolutely no problem walking or sitting in the pool water. It was warm the entire night, lights in the pool to illuminate it as the sky darkened, and I had SO MUCH fun, as did the kids and everyone else who hopped in the pool. There was also one lifeguard on duty. Inside - The pool house had tables set up on either side (school cafeteria style) and a space toward the back near a refrigeratior/microwave kitchen area with plenty of counter space. The two birthdays we celebrated had plenty of room for present opening, though we sat on the tile floor (not much space for mobile chairs). It was well air conditioned in the building. As we left we needed to clean up the place and put away chairs etc. The establishment inside AND outside were really clean. It was a long drive from the border of the city to the park, but traffic around 7pm was relatively smooth. We weren't sure what we were looking for as we hit the streets close to the park, but found it on the left, on the right was a little shopping complex, to which we needed to turn around in when we were looking for our 'correct' entrance. Residents of the mobile home park seem a little weary of strangers, so we felt awkward having to drive around confused as to where to park. The pool and pool house we were looking for were actually right up front by the entrance, parking not marked as for the establishment, and not a ton of it; but right next to the pool house. Overall - I think this was an absolutely wonderful idea for a birthday party, and a fantastic experience for kids and adults alike.

The staff was so nice & assisted me with anything that I needed . It's very quiet & my neighbors are so nice , they welcomed me to the neighborhood. I don't know where these 1 star ratings be coming from. I think it's very nice how Sterling Estates has everything set up , with the garbage removal , the rules for the yards& the no parking in the streets. It keeps everything in order & makes sure everyone can get through the road safely. I say, job nicely done. I haven't been living at Sterling Estates long , but I don't see where people are complaining about rodents when I've taken a ride through the neighborhood & some of these homes are eye sores. Some people got garbage & junk stored on their porch , just nasty. & junky looking. I've seen garbage sitting on the ground from overflow from the trash cans. Some tenants being too cheap to go to the office & let Dorothy know they need an extra trash can. Then I've seen some comments where people are complaining about rodents. I don't have any rodents in my house . I clean & mop everyday in my house & I haven't seen one rodent. The rodent issue is coming from these people that have these dogs not picking up their dog poop. Because I have it on my security camera where these people are taking their dogs & they let them piss & poop in other people yards. I have to clean up my flower bed & get dog poop out of my flowers bed, I got to go to Menards & get a fence to put up around my flowers to keep the dogs out . It's a Mexican man with a husky & he let his dog poop all in my flowers & in my drive way. I have to go out there everyday & get up his dog poop, just trifling. I be trying to catch him to tell him about his dog , but he be gone before I even get outside . Then some of the reviews are talking about the neighborhood is getting bad , it's getting bad because some of the people are lying on their applications to the staff . Because before you move in here , they ask you to give them the names of everybody that's going to be living with you. Some of y'all be lying on your applications to get in & once y'all get in , y'all be bringing these bad seeds in here & then you got issues getting Dr. Jeckel & Mr . Hyde out of your house; then y'all want to blame the staff for the neighborhood beings bad. Now , let's call a Spade a Spade & a Ace A Ace . You can't blame management for the stuff you're doing . Watch the company you keep & the company you bring . Everybody you can't invite to your house . When you level up on life , some people you just got to let go, you can't bring everybody with you. The staff isn't the issue , they're sweet as they can be . You can't be going to the staff demanding help & giving them attitude. You want something from them, but you coming at them with an attitude . You can attract more bees with honey. It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice to people. Like I said before , I've never had any issues with none of the staff nor managers , they're always sweet to me & always greet me with a smile . No issues here .

We packed all of our belongings extremely tight and well. The driver stated there might be some…read moreshifting of items, but as long as things are secure it should be no issue. When the trailer arrived at my destination it seemed like a bomb went off in the trailer and it was flipped over multiple times. Desks had screws completely screwed off and the legs flipped around, outdoor patio table is cracked, plastic boxes are cracked and glass items that we triple bubble wrapped were broken as if someone took a hammer to them. No explanation for any of the damage, and the best Upack can do is offer me "10 cents per pound"... that is a slap in the face and we are disputing the entire charge with our credit card. Even if the full delivery fee is refunded it won't cover the cost of the damage to my belongings. Highly recommend you spend the extra money for a more reputable company.
