This place likes to CHEAT when they make mistakes... and they want you to pay for it. Be careful, they are not going to show you their mistake but simply claim that they made a mistake and want their money back. So they told me to leave and not come back the other day. SO YOU GOT A DEALER, who missed it, THE BANKER CORPORATION, who missed it.. and there's Probly another dealer or corporation standing there as well.. so at least 2 people if not 3 people missed that call.. and why did you go back and look at the video in the first place.? This place is awesome. We came here after work one morning at 6am. For whatever reason, the restaurant staff didnt show up while we were there. The casino staff worked their butts off to take our orders and make our drinks. We had a big group too, 7 of us. You could tell they didnt normally work in the restaurant. They did such a good job accommodating us. It was impressive how they worked together and took care of everything instead of just shutting the restaurant down. Also, the food was really good. Not the type of food you'd normally expect to eat in a casink. We got the chow fun, spring rolls, and mongolian beef. The food was really flavorful and tasty. We'll be back here for sure. read more

Went in on a Friday night looking for a game of hold'em, to my surprise they only had 1 game going,a spread game. So i put my name on the list and proceeded to wait til my name was called. An hour and a half later they call my name over the overhead speaker I head to the table, and as I get to the table someone else has taken the seat, an employee asks the the man if he needs chips, grabs the money from him and turns to head over and get the chips for him. I tell the lady that I'm the person they called to the game, she walks past me paying me no mind proceeds to get the chips for someone who is not supposed to be in the game. I proceed over to the check in table to let the pit boss know what happened, he tells me that if I want the seat he'll get it for me, but by that time the other guy is already playing in the game. I can't believe that the dealer didn't ask the guy who he was or if he is even supposed to be there. The young man was sitting behind a player at the table for as long as I was waiting to have my name called to join he game. He never had his name on he wait list, but decided to jump in as soon as a seat opened. Can't believe that a place that looks so classy, is so trashy. Sad thing is that I've been there before to play, heard many bad things while playing at a hold'em table, about how they take phone calls from people who say they're on their way and put them on the wait list and don't show up for another hour or so and automatically get a table when they arrive. First, for those of you not familiar with the area, this is a card room, not a typical casino. For slot machines and the such, you will need to head to the "nearby" Indian reservation casinos. Here you will find Blackjack, Baccarat, 3 Card Poker, and a few poker games. However, when I say you will find them, that just means they deal them at some point. This is the old Lucky Buck that used to be over by the bowling alley in downtown Livermore. I had heard they were building this place and was excited to stop in. It is obviously new and as you walk in the card area is to the right and a nice looking small restaurant (Restaurant 580) is to the left. I came on a Saturday afternoon and the games going were Blackjack, Baccarat, and 3 Card Poker. When I found the check in desk, which was not obvious, they said there was no poker being played. They have a Saturday and Sunday morning tournament, but I am not sure how much it draws. The Pit Boss said he normally can get a poker table going by 3, but hadn't been able to do it today. Overall, if you are looking for poker, look elsewhere. No sense in heading over here in the hopes that they "might" have a table or two going. I gave it two stars because if you want to play some of the other table games, it seemed nice enough. For poker near Livermore, the Livermore Casino on First Street always has a few games going. It is definitely a small place, but it is local and the games are decent. For a bigger place you will need to head north to the California Grand, but plan on waiting during prime times. After that you will be traveling a ways to Bay 101 (San Jose) or The Oaks (Emeryville). read more
