Robin is AMAZING! She can literally fix just about any bad dye job. I mean some of the before and afters I've seen first hand were pretty severe, including my own! LOL She does incredible color blending for a seamless look. I absolutely love her work! I had gone to Robin to lift my color from a medium brown to blondish blend. What I really appreciate is that she lifted my color without going too crazy so as to maintain the integrity of the hair shaft. Weeks after my hair was still very healthy with no breakage. This meant a lot to me considering I had been growing out my hair for quite some time and wanted to maintain the health of my hair. I got a lot of compliments on how great and healthy my hair looked. I was going through some of the other negative reviews here. I think as people, we are so used to getting what we want, when and how we want it. What we fail to see is behind the scenes of an independent business owner, navigating through all the red tape of Covid, it can be very difficult. We don't know or see what is going on behind the scenes in peoples lives. I think its important now during these difficult times, to have a little compassion for small business owners who are constantly being told to open, then to shut down, then open with rules and guidelines, and still try to make ends meet in their own real lives. I for one truly appreciate Robin for keeping Parlour open when possible, she is doing her best, even while putting her own health at risk so we can continue looking fly. Robin is AMAZING! Been going to her for years! Her expertise with color is outta this world! She is never willing to compromise the health of your hair just for the look quicker! Most could care less and you're left with damaged awful locks! Both her and her assistant are so sweet. They were more than accommodating when my sitter fell through and the kiddos had to wait with me to get picked up. ( no you should never bring kids to a salon ‍) She is honest, real, and will always tells you want you need to hear. So much of me does not want to write this review, because I don't want to share this amazing stylist! I had a terrible color job which Robin corrected with much skill in one visit. On visit number 2, I now have the most gorgeous dimensionally highlighted blond hair that I was wanting. I feel like a whole new person. I feel like Robin is special because she actually truly listens to what you want & has the knowledge & skills to actually do it. Kudos to her assistant, Arisa, who is really a complement to Robin. Robin is the best stylist to go to in Tracy! In between seeing her I went to a salon that gave me a Botched hair cut and a brassy orange hair color. Robin put color on my hair to fix the mess created by the previous stylist and I thought it looked good. Robin said it wasn't up to her standards and mixed more color and did something different. Robin listened, asked what I wanted and then discussed the options thoroughly explaining the steps needed to get my color right.
