All Asian with some cool stores and restaurants. The "mall's few stores have trinkets, "silk" clothing, Mah Jongg boards and lots of tea cups, one with Maj Jongg tile pictures on it. Incense, knives, Samuria swords, toys, beautiful Chinese decorating pieces and paintings are included. There's something for everyone, or that person who is hard to buy for. Fun place. Check out the restaurants. Li Wah is one of two authentic Chinese restaurants in Cleveland, we were told. It's very nice. We had Dim Sum. There's also an Asian pharmacy. Two stories. Parking lots are in front and rear of building. Wheelchair accessible.

This dude asked me: what kind of sandwich would you like and can we date? This was my four word response.

Not to be confused with the Aegean Town Center, which is probably on some Greek Island. This is a pretty awesome mall with Vietnamese food and huge Chinese grocery store inside and all sorts of other great things. My experience inside Asia Food Co was rotting veggies, nice service, and excellent Hong Kong Milk Teas from the back. Elsewhere there's a good Banh Mi and a lot of other stores. I wish this place was a little busier though.

Asian Town Center is great. I have been to the building on various occasions to eat at Miega or Ninh Kieu. This weekend I attended the Chinese New Year celebration to kick off the Year of the Horse. The Kwan Family Lion Dance was spectacular. It was fun to place the money into the lion's mouth and hope for some good luck in return. Ethnic festivals and traditions are always fun to be a part of. The Chinese New Year celebration is a great mid-winter festivity.

Amazing hidden gems! You have to look.. if you want to know the secret.. go straight back to the far right in the grocery store. All the way in the back.. There you can get many asian hot foods .. including my fave.. fresh hot sesame balls! Filled with every filling under the sun!! Omg!! It's a secret.. probably only the locals know.. there's even tables to eat right there!

The upstairs in the mall from the far north corner.

We paid $25 a person + a $40 Service Charge to sit in a freezing cold room eating grocery store cookies, drinking coffee and cocoa from a vending machine dispenser, while a nice woman coughed all over everyone (and we're still sick). Our 6 and 8 year old were bored within minutes since we ended up being the only ones there at Noon and other than a woman reading one story from a book there was nothing else to do. The Staff, especially Erik the Elf, were friendly and helpful but the experience was overpriced and the train ride we paid extra for was a joke. There was no Santa (unless you paid $60 a person for breakfast.), and no Mr. Jingeling, but there was Bruce The Spruce but the line was too long. It was really for babies and small children. There were .3 small cars that went in a very small circle a few times...boring! And the Toy Shoppe was a big money grab. It was like being at the Dollar Store (or Five and Up) with cheap toys that cost $5 and up. The entire event was a waste of time and money. I would NOT recommend!

Even the Ritz Carlton is within there. What a joke. I remember they had water fountains and waterfalls, you could go to the movie theater, shop at unique places, grab some food at the food court that had great options, and enjoy the atmosphere. Now it's just a shell of itself. The place is nothing special anymore. It's just a walk through to get to the Gund or the Jake on a cold day. You call this a center, more like a ghost town with a few scattered businesses clinging on that will eventually tank. May as well call it Deformed City Center. May as well just throw in the towel because you're gonna need to clean this place up after it gets demolished one day.

There were once two standalone arcades, the Colonial (built in 1898) and Euclid (build in 1911). These two structures were combined into the 5th Street Arcades. These arcades hold a lot of history and retail. AMBIANCE: The 5th Street Arcades are adorned with history - ornate ceilings and trims. Don't forget to look up and take in all the beauty. The space includes two walkways accessible from the Euclid Avenue and near East 4th. Should you use a ride share, consider the existence of various entrances. Arcades include retail and dining. There are only a handful of businesses. I most recommend Geraci's pizza (delicious pizza in diner setting), Intro (for fun outfits for your downtown outings), Coco's Selfie Studio (for documenting your family's moment), Rocket Fizz (for candy nostalgia), and Colossal Cupcakes (for the most Instagrammable sweets). You'll also find something very nostalgic - shoe shine! Ensure that you check the working hours of these establishments, most stores remain closed on weekends and have odd hours. Check retail and dining directory on the 5th Street Arcades website. HOLIDAY MARKETS: The 5th Street Arcades will be hosting Holiday Makers Market this Christmas season. They will be on weekends - Saturdays and Sundays. PARKING: Parking is available at various parking lots downtown (Euclid Avenue or by E 4th Street). If you're staying as a tourist in the city, it's an easy walk from all the hotels on Euclid Avenue. Personally, I enjoy the 5th Street Arcades for the architectural experience and not so much the businesses. There is nothing in the building that would consistently keep me coming back. The Arcades now stand mostly deserted. It would have been great to see them years ago in their full vibrancy.

I remember when City Goods was just born, and I first spotted their construction from the Church & State apartment rooftop. I figured that they must be new little homes, but they were actually shops full of local goods. I didn't even know what a hangar was until seeing these futuristic looking U shaped shops. The space recently transitioned from Ohio City ownership to the ownership of the founder (Sam Friedman of Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve). It's such an interesting destination in the city. NEW CREATIVE HANGARS: The City Goods used to have seven hangars encapsulating shops and a bar. As the Creative Hangars, the shops have been condensed to a single hangar with goods from about ten makers inside. The remaining hangars are vacant. While smaller scale, the remaining hangar is full of finds and same creative spirit. If you haven't visited in a while, please know that the same level of artistry lives on. MERCHANDISE: I stopped in many times at the former City Goods. I stopped in at the new Creative Hangars concept at the beginning of October. There is so much treasure hidden inside - shirts with local flair, pottery, wooden art, tees, cards, jewelry, tea, decor, baseball caps, and skincare. The first floor is full of souvenirs and CLE-spirited merch. Clothing goes up to XL. The second floor is devoted to Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve. During my visit I purchased a skin mask and a hair mask for self-care day from Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve. If you haven't used their products or heard their story, you must. It's a high-quality, botanically based local brand. Prices are pretty reasonable across the board considering the uniqueness and talent. I also love that most merch at the hangar features the Hope Memorial Bridge guardians. I love this architecture so much and obsess over everything with the guardians of traffic. SERVICE: The employee working at the store is also a jewelry vendor. She's so lovely and welcoming. I talked to her for a long time about the hangars' transition and the makers inside this space. It was great to get the human factor behind their merchandise. I feel like these stories often get lost at local shops. By the way, I learned that new artists' merchandise is welcome into the space in case anyone who is a creator is reading this review. I'd recommend a visit to anyone looking for self-care products or unique souvenirs. If you're visiting Cleveland, stop in to take away something unique to remember your time here. If you're from the Land, you'll love sporting your one of a kind CLE merch at the next sports event. I will be back very soon to shop for more Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve products.

I like to put a lot of thought into the items I give family and friends around the holidays and this is the perfect place to visit if that's your style, too. They carry everything from beautiful jewelry to high quality bath and body products as well as Cleveland sports items, clothing, and art. I was able to grab my dad a Cleveland Browns Christmas ornament. I know he'll love it and likely keep it up all year round as decoration. The prices were also pretty fair given that the items are not mass produced. I highly recommend you pay them a visit. Whether it's for the holidays, a special occasion, or to simply treat yourself. I have noticed that lately plus size women's apparel inventory shrunk (especially jeans and dresses). There are no coats in plus sizes. I'm always happy with the wide range of tops (tees and sweaters) located in this store. In fact, during my last visit, I found several cute sweaters for sudden sweater weather. Currently there is plenty of seasonal decor. You can find everything for autumnal holidays - Halloween and Thanksgiving. Lots of ghost decor and even already on sale (as low as $12). Even the guards periodically working at this store tend to be pleasant. The only service bottleneck is the checkout. The checkout is always understaffed, long lines are often an issue. I like this store more than the other Marshall's in the area. I feel like I almost always can find things on my shopping list. I look forward to stopping again to shop for fall and winter gear.
