From our very first conversation, he made the entire process feel far less ominous and handled all of the heavy lifting. What stood out the most was his excellent communication. I was kept informed at every single step, and he always took the time to answer my questions clearly. I won the lawsuit and most importantly, didn't allow a luxury brand auto maker bully me into submission. If you are on the fence about pursuing a claim because of the effort involved, I assure you it is completely worthwhile with Kevin Faulk by your side. I highly recommend his services!

Kevin impressed me very much as an attorney with his clear and focused advices. Kevin quickly reviewed my documentation and confirmed I had a valid lemon law claim. Instead of immediately jumping into litigation, he provided clear, strategic advice on exactly how to communicate with the manufacturer to maximize the chances of a voluntary resolution. His guidance was invaluable! Kevin told me precisely what to say (and what NOT to say) when calling the manufacturer's customer service. He explained the entire repurchase process and what to expect, helped me what to expect and what would be the options, and he was always responsive to my questions via email very quickly. Even during holidays! The result was superb! Following Kevin's advice, the manufacturer agreed to repurchase my vehicle without any need for litigation and any legal process. The matter was resolved efficiently, saving everyone time and legal costs. Kevin was very practical, professional, and focused on getting the best outcome with the least hassle. He could have easily pushed for litigation or unnecessary process, but instead he gave me honest advice that resolved the issue quickly. I was so impressed with Kevin that I highly recommend consulting with him. His expertise and strategic guidance made all the difference in my case.

Andrew genuinely cares for the people he represents. Throughout my legal negotiations with my former employer, he has shown great attention to detail, sound judgment, fast responses, and ultimately a willingness to persist. Even when being stonewalled for months. He is honest, patient, reliable, and exceptional in every way. Working with him is a pleasure. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness, care, and effectiveness. If you are looking for a lawyer, look no further.

Long story short - got the temporary restraining order back in December 2024, wonderful choice of direction some people choose to solve business disputes. I looked around and picked Andrew as my counsel. Nice and friendly interview, practicing family/civil law, plus more than a hundred 5-star reviews (for an attorney) -- what else do you need, right? Besides, having backups of texts, emails, paperwork going back for more than three years and reading through utterly ridiculous affidavit filed against me, I haven't had a single worry on my mind. Until the final hearing 15 months later. and... The most disappointing, hurtful, and insufferable element in the outcome of this case is not the adjudication but rather - Andrew's covert yet egregious abuse of my trust - "I really want you win. I'm doing my best to make it happen. I know you are the good guy here" yadayadayada. - his persistent lying and gaslighting about pretty much everything case-related. "Did you read my email? - Yes, sure! - Ok, which point do you prefer? - Oh, I don't know yet, I'll read it again later". Of course he didn't read it because Mailtrack (the email tracking addon which shows whether an you sent got read or an attachment got opened, etc) I finally installed in Gmail just to see what's going on, it showed "not read yet" - he would open an email in question five to ten minutes after a nudge yet pay no attention to the attachments as if the evidence documents attached were the least of your concern (that turned to be the case after all). - his flagrant lack of even a modicum of professional integrity - he didn't pay attention to anything happening with my case, facing a rather aggressive counsel on the opposite side who's been bombarding me with the delays, contempts, motions this and motions that - he just attended hearings and gaslighted me about "there's nothing we can do here" - he constantly failed to even let me know about the new court documents filed by the opposing party - I had to set a reminder/alarm for myself to check the case log via court's website on a daily basis just to make sure I won't miss the new filings. - he picked twelve pieces of evidence (primarily business convos related) out of more than 70 available (one-on-one communications disproving each allegation one after another), told me I don't need witnesses, disregarded testimonies of witnesses on the opposite side, yeah.... - his lack of responsibility and preparedness illustrated by "I have no idea what's going on here" conduct in the courtroom where the commissioner felt compelled to raise a few objections herself to stop opposing counsel's inappropriate line of questioning. He was peacefully staring at the ceiling meanwhile. - his lack of self-reflection in regard to his mistakes or mostly shortcomings - he prefers to blame it all on everybody else around: petitioner, opposing counsel, judge, weather, and me of course (apparently I was too nervous and yet he had full list of my medical conditions and medications but didn't bother informing the commissioner about it). - his "it's your problem" attitude which became clearly evident when you failed to mumble out a single word to explain the reasoning for my remote participation (which has angered the judge beyond belief) at first evidentiary hearing, My mother had a stroke two days prior and after spending ~ 40 sleepless hours sitting in some waiting room at the CPMC Van Ness while she's been going through three separate cranial/brain surgeries. I kept him aware of each and every development, even the minor ones, sent him doctors' correspondence to show to the judge - he didn't bother until the hearing started and judge began yelling. - his complete obliviousness to opposing counsel's conduct and her complete disregard to attorney's candor rules. He hasn't even bothered to react to her literally screaming some despicable bs at the judge like "respondent's lying! He's not at any hospital! I know it because his car didn't leave the driveway in the last five days". Well, my car hasn't left the driveway for more than seven months - the battery's been dead ever since but.... rejoice! There's Uber and I did send even the freaking trips receipts. Nah, he didn't even bother to raise the question the source of info re: where my car is (not geoloc for sure, battery's _dead_ dead) - his unprofessional, childish tantrums where he would let himself to literally yell at me or ask me questions like "are you bipolar or is it OCD?" - and so on. To sum it up - if you are determined to snatch a life-destroying defeat from the jaws of victory (for the lack of better words) and pay a ton of $$$ for it, then Andrew is your top choice.

Eric was the only attorney who responded the same day. He even took the time to decipher my nearly inaudible voicemail, which had been garbled by poor cell reception. He was direct and transparent from the start and spent more than 30 minutes speaking with me before deciding to take on my case. He is exceptionally intelligent, efficient, and highly knowledgeable about real estate law. The level of time and care he devoted to my case made me feel like I was his only client. In addition, he is a skilled litigator, making him a one-stop resource for any legal issues that may arise. He will always be the first person I think of if I or my friends ever need legal advice. If you need someone who is a master of his craft and doesn't play games, Eric is the one.
