Rueben had the proper tools to repair it. He explained every step of the process to my husband, who has some experience with home plumbing. It now is very easy to turn. He suggested that we contact Moen, whose guarantee, will send us a new master cylinder free, to have available the next time it's needed. The repair seemed expensive, but I don't have anything to compare it to, and it was well worth it to have an easily working shower. We will call them again if any other plumbing problems come needed.

If you have been through this process before it can be a daunting and expensive task . When my system failed in January I knew it wasn't to be an easy task. TBS was not my first call but when Kris showed up to do the estimate I felt a sense of compassion for my situation and professionalism that the job would be done correctly. As well the estimate was fair and the process was well explained. Next I dealt with David in the office. David was helpful in lining up the appointments for pump out, installation, and final recovering of the new system after final inspection. Next Jesse and Dustin showed up to do the installation which was a long process. Both did the job with skill and professionalism and answered all of my questions. They managed to get the job done with only minor casualties on my shrubs. I was impressed. Finally at the end of the Process Jake came out to grade the job site, clean up all debris and reseed the area. He did a great job. As stated this is a daunting job for anyone who hasn't been through it but this team from the owner on down made the process easier for me to understand while delivering exactly what they promised and leaving me a happy and satisfied customer. About four years ago, they replaced my lift station pump. Last week, the pump stopped working, so I called them out for service. The technician was polite and professional, and he explained that the float valve to the pump wasn't working and needed replacement. He also noted that there was no float valve on the alarm. I know there was one before, but apparently it was never reinstalled when they replaced the pump previously. When I contacted the office, I expected them to correct this oversight at no cost. Instead, they refused, insisted on charging me, and handled the situation rudely. While the tech did his job well, the office staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company.

I had reported this to Walt in a text, his response was if I wanted it replanted. The issue here was the spot where the tree was, there was no reason for it to be removed. After the job was done Walt mentioned that according to the proposal, if it was in the area of the drainage, it would be removed. The damn tree was 6 feet away from the digging area. I had 2 other trees in the same area and nothing was done to them. The workers decided to rip the tree out and take the route of the ditch versus the road in front where it was completely clear. The sad part is there were no apologies what so ever or reimbursement ($250.00) for the tree. I should have gone with Martin Septic.
