Had to call a couple of times to remind about getting plates and after saying they would send them had to go pick up from them. Took car to shop for engine light, noise and air conditioner. Noise was because motor mount bolt was very loose, light is because of several sensor issues and air conditioning was missing a hose and not hooked up in any way. Had not been for some time and whole system is very dirty and will cost me $1600 or more to fix. The others issues are being worked on as car is not safe to drive. Not sure how much this is going to end up costing. When I went in to Parr's I told him I needed reliable, safe transportation as I have a disabled daughter and have to go to lots of places for her care. Told him didn't have a lot of money to spend but but didn't expect to be sold a money pit. When I called back about issues was told they would "tighten" the bolt. Lot more work involved than that....basically tough sh*& for me. Buyer beware. Don't buy from here.

So they get my rig in on a warranty repair, but have NO loaner, yet after they damage my rig, they all the sudden have one. Then to make it worse? I had to go back three times to approve the body damage repair. Then even worse? Because this diminished the value of my rig? Martin wants to disrespect me by not only sitting there to shake my hand and not even stand, but offer me a lousy $150 on the diminished value? And the Clary son was present? I have a big middle finger fly out my window every time I drive by. I'll talk trash about this trash establishment until the day I die. But they don't care. The Clary clan doesn't give a hoot. They have TOO many dealerships in this town. So call them the auto mafia, so-to-speak. Hey Clary, is $150 worth this kind of hatred towards your establishment?

Not even a week after driving it around we had to take it back to service because the dashboard was saying it needed an oil change, and after checking the oil stick it a very very dark color and I still have the photo and date to prove it. It was also warning that the key batteries needed to be replaced and one of the back tail lights was going out. Then not even a couple weeks after that there was a sound coming from the breaks. The truck was in the shop for a couple of days because they needed to inspect it and they said that nothing was wrong. After that another few weeks go by and my mom takes it to a subaru dealership up in auburn where it gets lifted to get new rims on, the worker then notices that there's a lot of oil leaking from the transmission box (as the worker stated). We took the truck to the dealership where it's been since December 2025. I am writing this in April 2026. Since I last spoke to them in late February I have not received an update call and when I do call to ask for them to call me, I have yet to receive any call back. They have not given us a car to drive around in the meantime either and we are angry. Our blood boils at the fact that such a prestige dealership does not care about what they sell. They clearly didn't bother to inspect the truck prior to buying it from the last owner. It just really sucks because this is the reason people avoid smaller owned dealerships in fear that something like this to happen. Every time we go in to talk to someone the staff looks annoyed and angry as we get a sense that the don't want us to be there. But what else do you expect when their own dealership is to blame. This is not our fault. Out of the total time we've owned this truck we have literally only driven it about 3 months. So please save yourself from going through this and go elsewhere, you'd have better luck going to a smaller dealership.

Worth the trip down from Seattle. They were very responsive on email and available by text and phone to answer any questions and remove add-ons we didn't want. Gary was wonderful to work with. When we arrived to check out the car we wanted to buy, it had some minor cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed, and Budy Clary had a detailing team take care of it ASAP so we didn't have to take a second trip down from Seattle. Overall, a smooth and low stress car buying experience.

They had to keep my car overnight, the next day I get my car and my problem with my exhaust is still there, there is an obvious loud vibrating noise that isn't supposed to be there. I go to a REAL mechanic, and I have a Cracked Exhaust manifold on my turbo flange, I was close to needing my engine replaced. Not to mention when I brought them my car the first day, they said it would be ready the next day and no one called me the next day, I went there 30 minutes before closing because nobody would answer my calls. They said "oh yeah it's ready" they would've let it just sit there for extra days

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using Northwest Tire Shop LLC…read more My husband has been a repeat customer since 2024 -- they know him by face and even recognize his car when we call. He's given them a lot of business and referred multiple people there, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Recently, we found out our vehicle (2009 Mercedes C300 4MATIC AWD) had been set up with mismatched tire sizes side-to-side on both axles. This is not just a minor issue -- it's unsafe for AWD vehicles and can cause serious damage to the drivetrain, including the transfer case. We only discovered this after our car started having problems and warning lights (ABS/ESP) came on. We paid $300 for a diagnostic, and the mechanic immediately identified the tire setup as the cause and explained how damaging it is. At this point, the vehicle is not being driven because we do not want to risk further damage to the drivetrain or potentially cause the transfer case to fail completely. We also chose not to adjust or move the tires ourselves because we wanted the shop to see the issue exactly as it was left after their installation. Even attempting to rearrange the tires now would not properly fix the issue, because the tread has already worn unevenly from being driven in the incorrect configuration -- which can still cause problems for an AWD system. When we brought this to the tire shop, we were not asking for reimbursement for the diagnostic -- we simply asked them to correct the issue. Instead, we were told it couldn't be their fault and were asked to pay for new tires And they would cover half of them but then also refuse to put the tires on our car. If they were to do that. Which would mean we would have to go pay somebody else to do so and have our card towed twice since it is currently not drivable without causing more stress to the vehicle and risking more problems happening. This isn't the first issue either: Previously, one of their employees broke a tire pressure sensor and attempted to hide it using a zip tie. At first they denied it, but after reviewing their cameras, the employee admitted it and it was fixed. There is also now physical damage where the tire has been rubbing against the strut due to incorrect sizing and placement. Despite all of this, they are refusing to take responsibility and want us to pay again. We tried to handle this respectfully and give them the chance to make it right, but instead we were blamed and dismissed. At this point, we are considering small claims court due to the costs and damage caused. If you have an AWD vehicle especially, I would be very cautious. This situation could have led to major mechanical failure or loss of vehicle control. Very disappointing experience from a shop we trusted and supported.
