Stopped at Parry's for a quick happy hour. Gotta say Bella, the bartender, is a doll. She is on her game and positive with everyone at the bar. She had us all smiling and glad to be here. This place was great. Our server was nice. I am a huge fried pickle connoisseur & they rated quite well for me. They even had GF pizza which is a must for me now. The only con was a building nearby was having some sewage issues, which unfortunately did affect our experience, however was not in their control. Hopefully that's fixed! read more

No wait time, great happy hour specials/ deals. However little attention service wise. Our waters were never refilled etc. but when you ask for something the service time is great. This was our first time dining in. We typically order Parry's to go. I am glad we decided to try going in for a night. It was so nice to have the pizza as it was right out of the oven. I want so badly for this place to survive because I live and work in the area! They just can't seem to get it together. It says at the front "wait to be seated" but you have to basically stand at the front and wave your arms around for anyone to notice you. Then I ordered Italian nachos and when they came out they had no Alfredo on them, I told they lady that brought them out and she argued with me that it's not supposed to have that. So I'm pulled up the menu and showed it to her. She was like "ok, so you want a side of it?". Not even remotely please. Only reason I gave 2 stars is that the bartender was really nice. 9/17/24 we decided to give this place another time. BAD idea! We were eating our food and saw a MOUSE running around! Wow???? Where do I start! This by far had to be the craziest restaurant experience in years. Met my Bro for lunch. His family sat across from ours. Asked the waiter to divide the check. Easy right! Half left and half right. Placed our orders with no problem. My nephew was served his sandwich first. (Only his meal) a few minutes later a few salads came out.. a few minutes later a pizza came out. I had to go ask for plates and silverware. A few minutes later my kids calzones came out. Finally another 5 minutes my calzone came out. Now half the table was finished. I went up to the bar to get soda refills. Waiter was MIA I also asked for a pitcher of water because we were bone dry . I had to go looking for a to go box for the pizza. Had to ask a different waiter. Checks come and of course the waiter mixed up left and right families??? Had him correct the check. The bill is now right and we pay. He comes back with one credit card which is in the wrong jacket with the wrong paperwork. We laughed and switched checks. But where's my credit card? It's not with the bill? Double checked my wallet thinking I must have put it in there? Nope. Go up to the bar and ask the waiter where it was? He and another guy spent 10 minutes looking everywhere Finally it shows up somewhere under the bar. Uhm.... The food was good I really wanted to like this place, but lack of customer service left a very bad taste in my mouth. I unfortunately won't be back! The manager reached out to me and seemed very sincere. She asked questions and assured me this isn't how Parry's does business. She is going to see why the food came out sporadically. We ordered a Pretzel appetizer with cheese sauce and a large Five Boroughs Pizza with extra Basil, Garlic and Spicy Sausage to be delivered at the time frame of 5:20-5:40. What we got was a large Cheese pizza with Basil, Garlic and Spicy Sausage, which was cold and a Pretzel and cheese, which were also cold. A Cheese pizza with those extras was NOT in our plan, but we ate it because the delivery came fifteen minutes late and when we spoke to the delivery driver to help them find our house, we found out he spoke no English at all. We had to have him stop and drive to him about a half mile from our house because he could not understand the directions which were on our order, or the ones we tried to give him over the phone. Overall, a bad experience which we paid way too much for and tipped 20% for in advance (won't be doing that again). This is totally unlike the experiences we have had at the Sheridan and Highlands Ranch locations. Beware. But hey, the ambiance of our own home was quite pleasant. read more

Most of the time I love Parry's pizza because it just tastes really good! We took some friends there and got amazing service and we tried three different pizzas. The crust is very light with a nice crunch and chewiness to it. Cooked perfectly we tried the Pearl, 5 Burroughs, and Zesty Lady Liberty. The Pearl was the most unique with garlic, Italian sausage and ricotta cheese. 5 Burroughs is like a classic supreme which I loved and the Zesty Lady Liberty was pepperoni with Parmesan cheese so it gave the pizza a little kick. BUT. you have to go for the Parmesan "Parm" bites. They are oh so good and you just can't stop with just a few. Light, fluffy pieces of baked bread with Parmesan cheese and butter sprinkled all over them. Just go and tell me what you think!!! read more

Horrible service by a server. I failed to get his name. Skinny guy with very short hair and no customer service skills. The manager was very apologetic. She was actually wonderful. The server we had should be fired. I do not say that lightly we were two grandparents with our two grandchildren two and four years old. This server was extremely disrespectful and rude to us. we ordered and waited and waited while other customers received their food. Remember, we had two small children who were very hungry and starting to act up. We got our pizza, finally, then he said he was out of knives, so we could not cut the pizza. Pizza Delivery. I don't care that the delivery time was 70 minutes; I feel that for a Friday at 5:30pm this is reasonable. What I do care about is that I was sent a pizza that either wasn't proofed correctly or it was allowed to sit out for an extended period of time losing it's valuable carbon dioxide. Given that my pizza chewed like the cardboard under a Tony's Frozen Pizza I'm going to assume this dough was underproofed (whether it was frozen or house made doesn't matter). That is totally unacceptable, even for NYC/Sicilian style crusts (which are still pleasant to eat and generally a lot softer than their thicker cousins). If I hadn't had pizza from a few other Parry's locations several times I maybe would've assumed it was a me problem but... it's not. I'm thrilled I paid almost $40 using one of the delivery services for a pizza I could've gotten better-made from a grocery store. That's sarcasm. Proof your dough. Use forecasting tools. This is garbage and you knew it when you sent it out. read more

The pizza is good, I'll give them that. It's some of the closest to NY pizza I can find here. A warning, though: if you order through their website, you are actually ordering through DoorDash. There's nothing to tell you that, however. All the emails come from Parry's. The phone numbers on those emails are all Parry's. There was an issue with my order and they could not give me a refund at the store. I was informed I had to call DoorDash to get my money back. What made this such a problem was that the number to call them was not made available anywhere in the receipts. If I hadn't thought to ask for the number ahead of time, I would have had to spend more time tracking it down. I was also sent a text to say my order was ready, but when I arrived I had to wait because my pizzas weren't done. Calling DD was also not easy. I was put on hold several times and had to talk to multiple people. I was told that Parry's has an exclusive contract with DD. There are just too many kinks in this system to be beneficial for people who are picking up their own orders. What was supposed to be a simple dinner for my family turned out to be a very frustrating and time consuming affair. read more

Where are the employees? This used to be our go to and then it started going downhill. First it was service, subpar service, multiple times. Then tried to go one day for lunch and no one was able to even greet us...waited 10 minutes and 12 more people came in, but no one was there to seat us or take our name, had to leave...they lost a lot of business that day....manager should be ashamed. Decided to try one last time to door dash some pizza...they still screwed that up, what a joke this place is. The restaurant did not confirm the order for over 15 minutes...ended up cancelling and ordering from Walter 303, who started preparing the pizza right away. These are the reviews I don't want to write however, there is always an opportunity to see these reviews as a coaching opportunity. I have not been to Parry's in years because our last few experiences became challenging with service. We thought we would give this location a try just to get some wings. It was an unexpected busy night for us but obviously a planned night in Southglenn. The host was great and seated us right away. However... the patio was filthy. Every single table was covered in a layer of something whether it was the cotton or food nothing had been wiped down. All the tables rocked and when our server came that was not offered to be fixed. We ordered our meal and when it came we did not have plates, Rollups or any additional napkins to go with the salad and wings that were ordered. We were not checked on once... there were multiple managers that walked by during this time and frankly, I would have ordered another glass of wine but never had the chance. When my boyfriend flagged down a manager our server showed up who we noticed also had the title as "Trainer". We got our check and asked for a box. Our box was forgotten and we had to wait for that. At the end of the day guest service should be key. The importance of each touch of a table, taking a moment to wipe down even the outside tables is important. You never know who your guest will be, who will be in your section, and the experience they will share. The food was fine but we will probably look elsewhere based upon our experience. read more

I will never go here again, I ordered a simple plate of fries and they were over salted so badly I couldn't eat but 5 fries. For that price I should be able to eat the whole serving, the bartender couldn't have cared less about the fact the cook had no clue what they were doing. Great food. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff. The burgers have great beef and yummy buns, the mozzarella sticks are the best I've ever had! Packed with cheese. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and did whatever it took to make our experience enjoyable. Lastly the pizza is delicious! My favorite so far is the Uncle Sam. Shocked by all the bad reviews! We received excellent service and the food was great. Our waiter was attentive and made sure that we had refills and answered all of our questions. We tried the New Mexican Yankee pizza per recommendation from our waiter. We normally would've never gotten this type of pizza but it was so good!! My husband I ordered a large and we had leftovers for the next two days. We tried to Cesar salad which was great as well. Fairly priced beer, great pizza, an excellent service. read more
