Came in on a Sunday and enjoyed their all day happy hour specials with parm bites and 4 dollar beers. We ordered chicken Parmesan, spaghetti Bolognese and a veggie calzone. The calzone was huge, but dry and charred. The Bolognese was a small portion with lots of garlic and very little meat. This is a fun sports bar with good food & good service! We had the $10.99 Lunch Combos. This was a 9 inch Pepperoni Personal Pizza, ($1.69 extra for toppings), a 9 inch Cheese Personal Pizza with extra cheese, a House Salad & a Caesar Salad for the sides. The pizzas were good, the pepperoni wasn't too spicy, however I felt there was too much tomato sauce. The side salads were huge, very fresh & tasty. The parmesan mix topping on the House Salad was delicious! Our Server was friendly & attentive. It did take a while to get our food tho. While we were waiting we signed up for Parry's Rewards. By doing this we got a free Knickerbocker Cheesy Bread made with homemade dough & homemade marinara sauce. It was yummy. This is place is awful! The pizza is literally comparable to frozen grocery store pizza. Ordered a personal pizza from the happy hour menu and it tasted like a frozen pizza. We live nearby and wanted to like this location. My wife and I enjoy Parry's in general, and we've had good experiences elsewhere, but the Highlands Ranch spot just hasn't measured up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We usually sit at the bar on Friday nights, and the first few visits were only "okay."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One thing that stood out was the bucket the bartenders keep for excess foam from the taps. That's not a great sign. Pints were also consistently poured short, and we had to ask for top offs. Our most recent visit early October sealed the deal. The bartender that evening was, frankly, moody. The guest next to us ordered food to eat at the bar, but it came packed to go. When he asked about it, she brushed it off and never corrected it. He ended up eating out of foil at the bar, and you could tell he wasn't enjoying himself. Our own service was curt, and when the bill came, we were overcharged for the second Parry's Pint. My wife and I just looked at each other and thought, wow, she really knows how to kill a Friday night. We like Parry's, but this location has some work to do. With so many great places around Highlands Ranch, there's really no reason for us to come back. Hopefully your experience is better. read more

Update: We've been back to Parry's several times over the last year, and I'm proud to report that things have gotten significantly better. Service is MUCH better, food and pizza is still very good, including the salads that my daughter now raves about. Beer selection continues to be stellar. I was running errands and was close by, so I dropped in. I know it's a pizza place, but I wasn't craving pizza so I ordered their spaghetti bolognese. It was part of the lunch combo deal. There's a variety of different options. But I must say, for $10.99 it really was a good deal. A very nice portion of spaghetti and a good sized house salad. I was very happy about that. I sat at the bar, and the young male bartender was nice and friendly. They are known for their tap beers, but I'm not into craft beer, so I asked if I could get a Martini. He first said "yes" but then said "no". Why? "We don't have Martini glasses." Very odd, they supposedly have a full bar, but no Martini glasses? Is this true, I don't know. Anyway, I just ordered a glass of wine. It took awhile to receive the food, which was kind of odd as it wasn't really busy, but when I received my food, it was hot and tasted good. It's just not good pizza. There are any number of frozen pizzas you could get that taste better than Parry's. I've had it a couple times now. I didn't like it the first time, but decided to give it another chance. Both times the pizza was overcooked, not much sauce, thin, and just didn't have a good flavor. I ate one slice, my wife ate one slice, and we threw the rest away because we knew we wouldn't eat any leftovers. We also got a calzone, which was basically just a block of cheese with dough around it. We also got the mac and cheese, which looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. You have no reason to believe me, you don't know me, but you'd be doing yourself a favor if you take my advice and order your pizza from a different pizzeria near you. This place is the WORST. We visited in November 2024 and there was an event at SouthGlenn so they were very busy. We waited 45 minutes for a table and another 35 minutes for our drinks while the server was on the phone by the bathrooms breaking up with her boyfriend ignoring all her tables. Our pizza came without the ingredients we ordered. As an apology, we received a free pizza card to come back. We left less than satisfied. We should have just walked out. Fast forward to a Thursday night in Feb, we decided to use our free pizza card. They were packed but unable to seat anyone because that didn't have FOH or BOH staff to handle the volume. It took 45 minutes to be seated and another 32 minutes just to get a beer to the table. The parm bites were delish, the pizza was dry and overcooked. Good thing it was free because of our voucher. 2.5 hour dinner front to back....for shitty pizza. This is just poor management. Poor management of staff. Poor management of service. Poor management of the kitchen. These servers had 10+ tables each which delivers mediocre service. She was doing the best she could, she was very kind, but the service was still bad. There is no reason for us to ever return to Parry's. You should avoid it as well. read more

As we were seated we asked if they could get the game on one of the four TV's in front of us and we were told to bring it up to our server. When said server finally arrived, about 20 minutes later, she told us she would try to get the game on but it might be a few minutes. No biggie, so we put in our food and drink orders and waited, drinks arrived and we waited, food arrived, and we waited. Finally the TVs changed, but to a game that was already on other TVs, not the one we asked for, the Big East Championship Game. I walked up to the bar where our server was hugging and talking to a friend and the other server at the bar asked what he could do for me. I asked if the game could be turned on, saying I had asked a while ago and he grabbed the remote from under the bar and changed it in less than 10 seconds. Well, we ate and my wife got a refill on her coke and I was going to get another beer before halftime which was about 8 minutes away. When we got down to about 1:30 in the half, the server from the bar who had helped me, not ours, noticed no one had taken care of us in a while, and came out from behind the bar to where we were sitting and asked if he could get me another beer. I said no, at this point we would just like our check. He got our server to print out our check and brought it to us. I saw they had charged us for my wife's pop refill like it was a new order. He said he would take care of it and came back and said our server had told him she had meant to charge us for a second beer, that was never ordered. Anyway, this kind soul of a server apologized for our issues, and got everything straightened out, and actually told me that the beer I had ordered came with a second for free as part of the special they were running, something we had not been told. I can say if I could have him for my entire experience from asking to be seated to paying my bill it would be 5 stars, but only because of him and the fact the food isn't bad prevented me from going zero stars if I could. So while the food is good I suggest takeout only. The in house staff, except to the guy trending bar, was very disappointing. read more

Parry's is our go to place for pizza. We love the pizza, salads and selection of beer. We are always seated promptly and the wait staff is very personable, professional and efficient. Today we had Ally as our wait person and she was incredible ! Our Parry's in Highlands Ranch is always clean with nice booths and the ambiance is such that it is easy to carry on a normal conversation. You are killing me Perry's, I want to like this place so badly. I have done a couple other reviews and every time something was just wrong or lacking. I wanted to give you one more try and come and dine on the inside. Came today. As usual the food was great. The pretzel was a little burnt, but not terrible, but what killed me was the service. Super slow rarely came back to check on drinks just not attentive whatsoever. While we were there the table next to us, who happened to be a local celebrity, someone who works for a news agency. They had to get up and ask the waitress if they could get service because they had waited so long. The waitress seemed very confused at the request and eventually their entire table got up and left without ever having anyone come and take their order. If I could title this, it would be "where's the beef"? I ordered takeout and I'm getting tired of takeout options seeming to be purposefully whittled down to far less than what you'd get in the restaurant. I don't know that to be true of this order since I haven't had the same in person, but if I were in the place I would have complained. This was a French dip and, though the photos may not make it clear, there was about 1/2 enough meat and the au jus container with it was less than 1/2 full. My husband and I planned to share it since those sandwiches are usually so big, but we had to throw out half of the bread in order to make a solid French dip. The taste was good though. Having used the facilities, I felt I had to buy something in the cavernous space with distressed industrial décor, many TV's, an incredible beer tap selection, and a burley bartender who matched the distressed industrial décor. Sadly, I don't like beer that much, but ordered my usual, and settled into the bar to watch soccer, playing on ALL channels. Again sadly, I'm not a soccer fan. I also prefer my day bartenders to be cute, bubbly, bantering wits of feminine wisdom. If you guessed this bartender was none of these, you're right.
