Everyone did their jobs exceptionally well and were very caring and polite while doing them. I have had to call on 2 different occasions because my drs office did not send the orders. They were very helpful and took care of the issue for me. My tests are read and results posted very quickly...as in a matter of hours. I had to use another facility last week because Alliance's CT machine was't working. The office manager called ahead and made sure they knew I was fasting and needed to be seen right away. The second facility had a nice staff and I was seen fairly quickly but I am still waiting on the results! That was 4 days ago! Also, as for the wait time, I have never had an issue.

They explained every step of the procedure in detail, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. The level of personal attention felt like the concierge-style care I experienced while living in Germany under a national healthcare system. Dr. Trevino was exceptional. He is not the kind of detached, assembly-line physician often associated with the for profit, high-volume American "healthcare" system. Dr. Trevino was warm, engaging, and genuinely present. Before and during the procedure, he put me at ease with music and his calm demeanor. We chatted naturally, making what could have been an intimidating experience feel surprisingly comfortable. Overall, Dr. Trevino is a delightful conversationalist who treats patients as people and not as numbers. I was so relaxed that I barely realized I was having a biopsy. Best of all, I experienced very little pain. This was one of the finest healthcare experiences I have ever had in the backwards "healthcare" system in the United States, and I was born and raised in the US. The compassion, respect, and patient-centered approach reminded me of the outstanding care I experienced in Europe, where the focus is on people, not profit. The Rose is truly a blessing. After Memorial Hermann estimated nearly $10,000 for my biopsy, The Rose's estimate was less than $700. Providing this level of care while making healthcare affordable is an extraordinary service to the community. Some of the negative reviews seem to expect concierge-level amenities on a community-clinic budget. My experience was quite the opposite. I encountered a team of skilled professionals who genuinely cared, communicated clearly, and treated me with dignity and compassion. Kudos to Dr. Trevino, Laura, Amy, and the entire staff. You transformed what could have been one a stressful morning into one marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine human connection. Thank you for proving that outstanding healthcare can be both compassionate and affordable. After my first mammogram, I received a call saying there was something they wanted to examine more closely. Unfortunately, the person who called couldn't even pronounce the term the doctor used, so I had no opportunity to ask meaningful questions. That left me feeling anxious and panicked.... Six months later, I arrived for my follow-up appointment, and just before my screening the technician realized I had been scheduled for the wrong type of exam. She told me I was lucky she caught it, otherwise I would have been charged -- even though the office scheduled the appointment. I had to leave and come back another day. For my most recent visit, I called a week in advance (on the 20th) to confirm I was scheduled correctly. I wasn't. The representative changed it to the correct screening on the same day, just at a different time, and I received an email confirmation. I double-checked it and everything looked correct. About an hour later, I received another email showing an appointment for that same day (the 20th). I called back, spoke to a different person at the call center, and was told not to worry -- she would cancel the incorrect appointment. When I showed up on my confirmed appointment date (the 26th), I was told that appointment had been canceled. The front desk said they would try to fit me in, which they eventually did. I then waited over an hour to be seen, followed by another 30 minutes while they determined whether I needed an ultrasound which was a whole other matter that I felt was handled wrong. Don't go here!

I've always gotten my mammograms from Solis since they opened. Everyone is so nice. It's very clean. They make you feel very comfortable. The registrar, Alejandra is super nice and helpful. The mammo tech, Joanna was extremely nice. Only draw back was arriving early, when they don't open until 7:30. I still love this place and it will be the only place I get my mammograms. I fly in from Florida to get mine done at Solis. I like to keep all my records at one place. Florida healthcare sucks.

Like somehow that's my problem and an acceptable reason for being matter of fact about everything. I waited an hour and a half before they decided to give me pain meds in my I.V. The pain is so bad in my head that I'm shivering to death and there are no blankets, no pillows, no way to control the TV , and no way to control the lights. And I'm paying for this?....WoW!!! I'm about to yank this IV out and get me an Uber back to my truck. I'm over this already. Been here 2 hrs and still know nothing.
