They traced the issue to a bad buried wire from the controller and ran a temporary above-ground wire to get us going again. Dinner saved, day saved. They will charge you for all of their travel time to and from Reno even if they are on your street. I was charged for multiple times of travel which cost 7- 10 times the cost of the actual work performed. They will charge you a 350$ service charge on top of everything they perform. They will tell you that they have to come back the next day to complete the job and charge you the extra for that travel time and another service fee on top of their work. Also. they do not provide a clear breakdown of any work performed in the invoice or detail to perform work.

I'm only getting 2 oz flow per pump, where it was advertised at 4.5 oz. I'm convienced that the pump is defective and asked for them to send me a new one that I can replace when pulling the original. However when talking to the distributor, they indicated i would need to pull the pump and return for testing before receiving a replacement. It might be simple, but it's not very easy to get water to the surface on a 200' well. I would not recommend.

It was a mistake by the original installer. We have dealt with so many people over the last couple of years doing construction and everything else on our property, and just seems like we are pulling teeth to get anything done.
