My bf surprised me with early Valentines Day flowers and holy hell, do they smell AMAZING! I was like, where did you get these?? The gates of heaven?? He then told me he always gets flowers from this place on Parsons so I googled it to write this review. I have no idea about customer service or cost or anything else, but this review is solely on the beauty and freshness of these flowers. The second I walk into our apartment, my nostrils are filled with the hypnotic smell of these Lily's...the roses are full and velvety. I'm so sad they will reach their inevitable death so I'm trying to keep them alive for as long as possible. The longevity of flowers depends on us! I change the water every day, at the correct water temperature and also mix in flower food. What a dork, right? If I ever need to get flowers for anyone (or myself) I'll personally give this place a visit. :) read more

Had one of the best experiences here! I forgot to get the name of the lady that helped me when I was there but she was a young lady who was extremely helpful, kind, and sweet! She answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or dumb, was able to provide different options for me when I found it difficult to choose, and was super friendly. Their floral arrangements are gorgeous and reasonably priced. I promised myself I'd only go to her from then on but today, I was in a rush and was in Bayside so I stopped by Bell Bay Florist and had the worst experience there. So I definitely need to plan ahead and will only be using this florist from now on. Ordered Mother's Day flowers April 30th for delivery May 8 (today) and they canceled literally after the time I scheduled for had passed. Completely unprofessional. You had 8 days to cancel and you're late for delivery and you cancel. No phone call no reach out. Worst service ever. Ordering flowers on line can be a hit or missed. In this case, it was a hit. The spray delivered on the day of the funeral was better than what we expected on the funeral. Not only did the color stood out but it was the best looking spray in the room. I was also impressed with the customer service of Parson's floral. I forgot to state the time of the service when I placed the order. So I call them the next morning and before I even told them the reason for my call, they informed me they call the funeral home and will delivered the spray by 9:30 am. I wish I got to take a picture of the flower arrangement she made for me on the spot, but I forgot to. I was seeing my grandma next door at the rehab center and wanted to get her something to cheer her up. Parsons Florist had a really nice Korean woman that fixed me up something that lasted a while, was pretty, and in my budget. Can't get better than that. She also included the vase and made it super cute. The flowers lasted almost 2 weeks! I could tell the flowers were fresh and she definitely put her heart into making the arrangement. I just got out of work and remembered that we were going to celebrate a coworker's birthday the next day. I panicked since I did not want to arrive empty handed the next morning. I know flower shops usually close early but took my chances anyway. It was just after 6pm and the sign in the window said they close at 6. I knocked on the window when I saw a man in the shop. He obviously was getting ready to close his shop for the day (all the lights were off) but he let me in anyway and smiled warmly when I ran in. He then laughed because another lady came in right after me (that's what you get for being nice... another last minute customer :). He created a lovely flower basket for me complete with nice paper, bows, a balloon and card. This creation was carefully done and it showed. It was absolutely lovely.
