Ordered flowers for funeral and they delivered on time. It was beautiful and as it pictured from the website. Unfortunately I did not take picture of it as I didn't feel right taking picture of funeral. The picture is from the website but it was exactly like this. I upgraded to deluxe so it was larger and fuller.
I made two sunflower bouquets for my daughters, and she did a great job putting it together. It was lovely. Definitely worth to shop here than just regular supermarket or deli. Yes, they are professionals. I was very happy with color coordination in the bouquet. It seems that she has great sense of colors. So I ordered the balloon bouquet basket for my daughter's friends graduation . It took only one day maybe half day. It was ready earlier than promised time. Oh my goodness! The balloon flower was beautiful! It is not the typical balloon set up that uses fake flowers. She used real flowers in the balloon. And again colors! Colors they put it together are absolutely gorgeous! This real flower balloon basket can last up to thousand days if we keep it in cold temperature she said. Anyways, it was a great experience to shop here . I highly recommend this place to anybody. People at the shop are also very friendly and sweet.
I ordered an arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. They sent me a picture and it was beyond my expectations. I appreciated the extra flowers, effort, and care they obviously put into the arrangement. I mistakenly told them the wrong day for the funeral and they ended up delivering the flowers twice. This is customer service at its best!
I rarely do reviews. But wanted to share that today we were last minute shopping for funeral flowers . They helped me to prepare a beautiful tower on my budget. They delivered quickly to the funeral home and got photo confirmation when they dropped it off. The flowers were fresh and loved how the setting was done. Will recommend to my friends. The lady was very nice and show many alternatives to chose from. Thank you for fullfilling my expectations.
I have always ordered from Happy Flowers without issue in the past but today they sent inadequate flowers for Mother's Day (and charged me $65 while what they actually delivered, in my opinion, is worth half that if at all), when I called to see what happened they said it was "appropriate"--only a couple of roses (compared to other places, see pictures of fuller flowers for the same price). My advice is to ask to see a picture prior to making payment, because it's unacceptable.
I went in to buy some flowers for Valentine's day. Normally I look for individual flowers to pick to make my own bouquet but the custom made arrangements they had in the store were so nice and pretty. I haven't seen these types of bouquets anywhere else. The staff is really nice and friendly. The way the store was ran, shows that they love what they do. I showed him a picture of what I wanted off of Pinterest. I sent it to him via text message and was able to pull it off! I'm a bit skeptical and particular about things and so I was a bit worried as to if it would come out the way I wanted it. However, I trusted him. I originally said I would pick it up latest by 11AM on Sunday morning. Plans changed last minite that morning and needed the bouquet by 9:30AM. He was able to get someone to open the store earlier so that I could pick up the bouquet. I was very pleased with the bouquet and kindly enough, he always provided me with a boutonnières for the groom, which I hadn't plan on getting.

I had a specific design/idea for the kind of flowers, color combination, and overall look of the arrangement. I showed them the design and they beautifully brought them to life in less than 20 minutes. As a matter of fact, they were even more beautiful than the way i wanted them to be. I literally could not take my eyes off of them. I want to give big thanks to Issac, the florist, who had professionalism, creativity, and a sense of color/detail. Flowers were fresh, the price was very reasonable and great customer service. Highly recommend Happy Flower. Going forward this place will be my go to flower shop in Queens.
Happy Flowers was referred to us by a friend for our wedding florist on Labor Day Sunday. Kevin, the owner, did such a wonderful job and we couldn't be more happy with the results. Kevin is so easy to work with in a few ways: 1) he's flexible to work within your budget - no bs or any sales tactic to make you spend more than you wanted; 2) he tailored well to our needs such as color, style (I had a cascading bouquet) and amount of flower; 3) he is easy to communicate with over text and email; 4) he got to the venue on time and did everything so efficiently - to make our lives easy, he let us return his tall vases anytime after the wedding so we saved on the cleanup service charge. We are thankful for his awesome job and would highly recommend him if you are looking for a wedding florist.

After decades of trying to find a great florist who provides easy access to all different flowers for all different occasions has been discovered. It's "Happy Flowers". They got the system down. I just went on their website and search for the occasion. I picked the choice. I then called them and gave them my choice, confirmed the price and used my credit card to make my purchase. Before the day was over they text me a photo copy of my charge to my cell. DONE!!! Once the flowers were made and before the flowers went out - they text me a photo of the flowers which "MATCHED EXACTLY" as my choice. No fun and games. They are straight up! This is a wonderful florist! I am so happy I found them. Quick, friendly delivery and their flower arrangements are on point. Fresh, beautiful, with just the right touch of elegance. I thought I would never find a Manhattan quality florist in the middle of Flushing but, I was so pleasantly surprised... you'll not find those sad looking drug store carnations in your $50 arrangement from this shop-- but you'll find beautiful roses and cymbidiums! The price is excellent for what you get- it's a steal really... I couldn't be happier! read more

Happy flower is my favorite flower shop in all of NYC! They put together a really nice bouquet for me with me just mentioning colors I like. They took the time to explain which plant would be better to have in my apartment. Highly recommend, great people that work there! Prices are great also! read more

Aesthetics. This place looks beautiful in the inside and they have an abundance of various flowers. Came here to pick up a quick basket for my Mom's birthday and they were quick and service was great. $40 for a small basket might seem expensive, but it came out looking better than I thought. Reliable and beyond expectations! However, prices might change due to holidays without any notice or signs, which isn't very professional. read more

Beautiful & fresh flowers!! I came here after looking on Yelp to get some flowers for a good friend of mine that had just given birth. Growing up in Flushing, I kind of already knew places that I definitely didn't want to go. But a quick search on Yelp and this place is consistently in the top on the list results. I went there after work and was greeted by a lady working there (could be owner's wife). I told her that I wanted to get some flowers for someone that just given birth. She asked me how much I want to spend and I told her my budget, along with wanting a vase and some balloons. It took them about 10-15 minutes to make an arrangement. The only thing I wish they had also asked was if the baby was a boy or a girl so there could be a color theme thing going on, but that was also my fault for not speaking up about wanting more blue flowers.The flowers still came out great and I would definitely keep this place in mind for future floral needs. read more

Needed flowers early on a Sunday morning (9) for a 10'o clock event and I had always seen this place on my runs along Northern Blvd so I thought I would give it a shot. Walked in, and the owner, a older Korean man was helping out another lady with what I'm assuming was a pre-ordered arrangement, and I liked how much thought and care he was putting in the finishing touches, according to her wishes. She seemed to be very satisfied with how it turned out and from there I was sold. I believe the owner speaks English but I conversed with him in Korean and he was very helpful. Told him I needed a dozen roses for a girlfriend's graduation and luckily he had a bouquet of them, all in different colors ready to go. The flowers were all ready beautiful, and he did an amazing job wrapping up everything - even including a huge doily and a ribbon. Came out to $40 altogether, so about average price. But quality and service trumps price every time. Walked into that auditorium with this bad boy and I could swear people were murmuring about how awesome my flowers looked. Definitely recommend!!! Happy flower rocks! I sent a b-day flower to my mom few days ago. They delivered in few hours and made my mom so happy. Since I live in California I was kinda worried that they wouldn't deliver on that day but they kept their promise. Since I was very satisfied I ordered one more basket for my cousin who just delivered a baby. She just called me and said it was the most beautiful flower she ever received.. in fact second basket was more beautiful with less money.. I will be their regular customer from now on.
