The shuttle from the Rose Bowl for the oasis concert was terrible. How to wait two hours and the line was completely disorganized. Do better or charge people to take the shuttle so it's more efficient. Waiting in line after a concert till the wee hours of the morning is not safe or fun. Do not recommend I could've been sitting in my car comfortably, listening to music in traffic getting out of the Rose Bowl over standing in a line with Thousands of people in the dark. read more

I used the Parsons Parking Garage and bus shuttles for a Coldplay concert at The Rose Bowl. For the most part, my issues with the service are the fault of The Rose Bowl. I found the parking structure easily and a human was at the entrance to hand me my ticket once I arrived. Parking was easily found by following the cars ahead of me. We were routed to the second floor which is actually below ground. I was able to park near the elevator and each parking stall is numbered and was not stacked. This is good because there is no cellular reception in this underground parking structure. Once out of the structure, it's a walk across a somewhat large parking lot to where the buses leave for The Rose Bowl. The lines were organized and if you pre-pay for your shuttle ticket, even easier. They just scan the confirmation QR code you get in your email receipt. Overall wait time to get on a bus was probably about a half an hour. The bus takes you to The Rose Bowl and drops you off near the entrances. Note, it's much farther away than you'd think. I would definitely not advise skipping the line and walking to or especially from The Rose Bowl. After the concert, the line for the busses back to Parsons is a nightmare. I skipped the last song hoping to reduce wait time. So did a lot of other people. The line goes in different directions and while Rose Bowl security is around, they're doing nothing to keep the line clearly marked. I'm not proud of this, but I did cut in the line after waiting about a half an hour in a line that security kept saying was the line, but it was barely moving. Once it did move, the next security guy told those who reached that end, to line up behind another long line coming from a different direction. Meanwhile, people were going between the line to try to get to their car in the lot nearby. An absolute mess. This is how I cut the line. From here, the line moved a bit quicker and with more direction. Once you reach the part of the lot where the busses are, the line zig zags like at Disneyland and is pretty organized and moves quickly. In all fairness to the Parsons parking service, there are A LOT of buses lined up to take you back to the structure. There's every kind of bus you can imagine, seriously old school buses, newer touring style busses, every kind of bus that meets like minimum definition of a bus. It's like a captcha come to life. Parsons could improve on loading the busses. Everyone loads in front to back which takes longer. But by this point, it's been at least an hour standing in line and you just want to sit down and get out of there. Once back at Parsons it's another mess of sorts as there's a zillion Uber and Lyfts trying to find their customers. Another walk across the now dark parking lot (but there's plenty of people and cars around). Get to the elevator and there's a kiosk where you can pay for your parking. I did that. Then I got in my car and it took another half an hour or so to get to the street level of the structure. No cellular reception, GPS, or satellite radio during this time. After you reach the exit, there's a human to take your ticket and you can exit. The streets around the structure are crowded with ride shares just pulling over anywhere to pick up their customers. But once you get a block away, it's fine. Overall, I think I would probably park at Parsons again, but I'd wait around for an hour before getting in line to leave. read more

So you have an event at the Rose Bowl? Exciting. You're in Southern California so taking your car is a must, and now you enter the gauntlet of parking purgatory. You can't completely avoid the insane parking nightmare, however pay attention to what's below and at least you can lessen your frustration. First off, you're picking the intelligent alternative: Parson's Parking Lot with a shuttle. Here's the basics of Parsons' and Shuttle Buses: Rose Bowl parking is available at the Parsons' complex parking lot in Pasadena. Access to parking is off of Fair Oaks Avenue. From this area, a round trip shuttle service takes you to the Rose Bowl and drops you off at Lot B. Shuttle service to the stadium begins 3 hours prior to the start of an the event. The shuttle service runs continuously until about one hour after the end of the event. They charge $5 for a round trip ride and parking is $20 in the Parson's lot. It's a savings over the $40 the Rose Bowl charges, however choosing Parson is more of a strategic decision to help minimize the nightmare parking at the Rose Bowl itself. Now the really important Parson's parking notes people won't tell you but you really need to know: * The shuttle bus line will appear long and some people will get anxious and opt for the "20 minute walk" instead. AVOID making this critical error. It's not a 20 minute walk unless you are Usain Bolt. Really it's probably closer to 45 minutes at a normal, leisurely pace. In addition, the route isn't an obvious straight path... so now you'll need to also need to exert some mental power and pay attention. If you're unfamiliar with the area, that's additional reason to chill and wait for a shuttle to arrive. * Getting to the Rose Bowl, the line moves faster than it may initially appear. Give yourself the gift of relaxation. * Returning to Parson's parking after the event... make SURE to get an early start on the shuttle line. This is imperative because EVERYONE parked at Parson's wants/needs to take the shuttle back at precisely the same time. When you were getting to the Rose Bowl, shuttle riders were staggered over the course of hours leading up to the event. Now upon the return, all of these people want a ride at the same exact time. If you wait too long, or delay exiting the stadium you'll be hosed. I'm just leaving the Stone's Concert at the Rose Bowl. Took the shuttle from Parsons to get to the concert, no problem. Leaving the concert? The concert ended at 11:15. We just got on the shuttle at 12:58. Walked probably over a mile through their mazes to get to it. The shuttle smells like pi$$ !?! It's now about 1:10 and we are about to disembark from the shuttle! If I just would of walked back, I could of shaved off about an hour. Just a heads up, this is a definite possibility if you take the shuttle back from the Rose Bowl. read more

This is the cheaper alternative than parking at the Rose Bowl for freaking $40. For those of you who don't mind shelling out $40 because its more "convenient" to park at the Rose Bowl, think again. Getting there is already a journey in LA traffic. As you get closer, things slow down even more. Don't get me started when the event ends and you have to battle hundreds of cars leaving the venue. Although this place isnt THAT much cheaper, it helps. Its located about 1 mile from Rose Bowl and they have shuttles coming and leaving all the time. Parking costs $20 but the catch is the $5 per person shuttle ride. You save minimum $15 and you aren't battling to get in and out of the Rose Bowl. We had no trouble coming to get our car. read more

YAY! For Parsons! I was having major anxiety about the parking situation at the Rose Bowl for our Taylor Swift concert. It was me and my 2 young daughters, and I did NOT want to get stuck in traffic for hours after the concert (the 90min drive home was enough as it is). After doing some research I decided to go ahead and try out Parsons. Im SO happy we did. I wasnt able to book our tickets for the garage or shuttle ahead of time (I believe the cutoff is 24hr before event..??). Access was super smooth, found spot on 1st floor and the line for the shuttle was REALLY fast (prob. waited 10min). We left 15-20min early. Got to the shuttle line with only 4 ppl ahead of us. Was back at my car in minutes and out and about on the 5 in record time! The next day my friends complained about the nutty traffic when they left the concert (from the Rose Bowl parking).. so yes, Parson was def. the right decision!! read more

So I have used the shuttle previously for several concerts and never had an issue. Most recently using it last year for Taylor Swift. This time I planned to use it for the Rose Bowl. First of all I noticed that you weren't able to purchase your tickets online ahead of time so that concerned me because I know the lines can take some time getting thru to get on with people trying to pay. We arrived in Pasadena, made our way to the location only to find out that Parsons is doing some renovating of the parking lot and we had to walk in a single file another block or so away and then down away to find the back of the line. So you are now standing on a sidewalk near a busy street no formation whatsoever. After finally making our way up to board we find out the shuttle is free. Get to the Rose Bowl and all is fine. We go to leave and that is where the nightmare begins. We stayed until there was 3 mins left. Previously for concerts we left at the encore and managed to get in line and take off immediately. Well that never happened. First of all when you come out there is this long walk way for the shuttle that you can't get to and have to walk forever to find the beginning of it. We walked all the way down to where the Rose Bowl signage was on the building and a parking lot and never saw the entrance, but did see the long, long, long line of people waiting. There was someone near by giving you paper directions to locate the uber pickup which we took, but wasn't able to find easily. We ended up walking back to Pasadena as it seemed like a better option. There needs to be a better way for everyone to get in line to use the shuttle back. I understand blocking sections so no one cuts in line, but there has got to be a better way to transport everyone back. read more

We took the shuttle from the Parsons parking lot to the Rosebowl for the Green Day concert and definitely made the right choice! We skipped the opening act that started at 7pm and got in line at the Parsons parking lot around 7:30pm and were dismayed to find a long winding line. However it moved relatively briskly and we were seated in the shuttle within 20ish minutes or so. We unfortunately didn't realize that it was cheaper to buy the shuttle tickets in advance, so we paid $10 per person, round trip. The shuttle ride to the rose bowl was very quick, maybe about 10 minutes. On the way back, we were scared of facing a huge line trying to get on the shuttle so we skipped the encores and went to the shuttle line. There were some other people who had the same idea as us, but there was no line and we basically walked right onto the shuttle and were back in Old Town Pasadena about 10 minutes later. read more

Love! 10/10 for the OTR II TOUR. We arrived around 5pm to park. I paid ahead of time for parking and shuttle service. We ate and shopped a little before heading back to the parking lot to get on the shuttle around 7. The line was swift and the ride was short. We made it before 7:30. After: We walked out on the 2nd to last song to head to the shuttles. (The prev. reviews helped me out) We waited in line about 5 mins and made it back to our car in no time. I was able to leave the parking lot easily. Parking (or rather getting out after a show) is a nightmare at The Rose Bowl based on all accounts we heard and read. Being from Florida and based on the reviews, we opted to park at the Parsons Flat Lot (great choice) and take the Shuttle (terrible choice) to the Bowl. We arrived early and luckily parked in the flat lot. For those of you that parked in the deck, sorry. The shuttle bus from the Rose Bowl to Parsons after the Rolling Stones was an epic failure and downright dangerous. I wouldn't be surprised if lawsuits come out of this one as it was a complete and utter disregard for the safety and well being of the thousands (yes thousands) of fans amassed in a sea of humanity all trying at ONE TIME to queue for the ONE shuttle bus line. Yes - it was crowded at the parking lot -- and yes you had to wait up to an hour or more to board your bus. But people were arriving at different times to queue to get to the Rose Bowl. So it flowed (though clearly they were overwhelmed by the numbers and didn't have enough crowd management personnel or control fences). After the concert, EVERYONE (except those that chose to leave in the mass exodus before the encore) in a mass hysteria was searching for the ONE shuttle bus line and noone, not even the event security there for our protection, knew what the heck was going on. The Rolling Stones did not play this venue for 25 years. I can see why -- with the lethargic fans inside, many of which left due to the parking joke outside, and the disastrous fan experience outside -- STAY AWAY FROM THE ROSE BOWL AND FROM THIS SHUTTLE. And Rose Bowl Shuttle -- ESTABLISH MORE THAN ONE QUEUE AND DEPARTURE LOCATIONS. Perhaps a Visit to Disney WORLD (Florida) to see how it buses an entire Theme Park out at closing would be helpful. Wow!! How have I not heard of this service before? Been to many UCLA games and always dreaded about coming and going from the golf course. It usually is a nightmare. But for $15.00 you park in their lot and get on a bus and go, is the way to go. The only thing I could find wrong is that if you stayed the whole game is the lines and they stop service one hour after the game. There is a ton of buses, but what if you miss the cutoff. Attended Ed Sheeran last night and thought we did the smart thing by using Parsons. Took us almost an hour to get in and park. The shuttle line was long but moved fast. After the concert was horrible. Concert was over at 10:50. Got in line at 11:00. Had about a bazillion people cut the line (due to unorganized staff) so stood there without moving for a looooonnnnggg time. Got on the shuttle at 11:50. Arrived at garage at about 12:15. Waited in garage to get out until 1:00 am. NOT the convenience I was looking for. It was 27 to park (pre paid) and ten per person to shuttle. I thought parking at the rose bowl for tswift and waiting on my car for two hours to get out of the parking lot was bad but this was actually worse. Note to self- no more rose bowl concerts for me. read more

Decided to park at Parsons for last nights Coldplay concert. I have to say this was by far the worst experience ever. You are charged $15 to park (and $10 per person for the shuttle) only to wait 1 hr in long lines to finally sit on one of their shuttles. With our luck we ended up sitting in a run down metro bus Basically it took us almost 2 hrs to get from the parking lot to the rose bowl. With the $10 per person you are given a ticket for your return back to the shuttle. That's fine if you don't mind waiting in a long long line which we were told by security that will take close to 3 hrs to return back to the parking lot. No thank you. We decided to walk the 1.7 miles back Unfortunately We paid $65 (5 people in my group) for crappy service and I will never park here and I don't recommend this complex for parking especially when there is a sold out concert read more

My family and I used this shuttle for U2 two nights in a row. The shuttle pick up was quick and efficient. We left the concert two songs into the encore so that we wouldn't have to stand in 1.5 hour + long lines at the end of the concert. If you're willing to leave a little bit early, you'll have no problem getting on the shuttle and out of the bowl. If not, prepare to stand and wait a long, long, long time. We were home in Orange County and in bed before our friends who were also at the concert even got through the line to catch a shuttle back to the parking lot. Ugh! 7/24/17 UPDATE I've been asked a couple of times this morning about where to reserve Parsons parking and where to get the shuttle passes. It's not easy to find, so here's how to do it, and remember you need to book Parsons parking AND then buy the shuttle pass. I've read that you can pay for the shuttle on the day, but it costs more, and I didn't see anyone doing that on the days I used the shuttle. Also keep in mind that parking at the Parsons lot will be a BAD option for you if you stay until the end of the show and leave when everyone else does. Beneath the parking lot map find your event and click "book parking". Now scroll down to the bottom and you'll find the shuttle pass option. When you click on "book" it takes you to the Park Jockey web site to purchase the shuttle passes.... Hope this helps! I've also been asked my opinion about walking from the Parsons lot. I used the shuttle because the lines were moving or short going to and from the Rose Bowl, but then we got there several hours early. Going to the Bowl the lines for the shuttle were long, but moved fast. I would buy the shuttle pass and only walk if the line after the concert was really long. The shuttle pass isn't very expensive and it could be a very hot walk to the Bowl before the concert. Took parsons for otr2 in pasadena. Very easy to find. Ul see lots of signs thatll take u to the parking garage. Buy the shuttle tickets online for 5$ roundtrip. Then cash pay for the parking fee.the walk from the garage to the buses is like 5mins. Very stress-free. read more

Attended the Green Day concert here last night. This was our first time at the Rose bowl and from the reviews, the parking situation seemed rather annoying. Parking passes at time of ticket purchase was $30 and went up to $40 2 weeks prior to the concert which is ridiculous to me. After doing some research on yelp, we chose to park at the gold line metro at Fillmore and ride a couple of stops to Memorial Park. Round trip for 2 was about $7. We walked west a couple blocks to the Parsons building. (its the two tall white buildings if you're not good with navigation) Shuttle service is $5 each person per round trip if you purchase the passes ahead of time. $10 day of. The line was long but fast but we made it to the stadium within 20 minutes. We were dropped off at the front gate. We left 2 songs into the encore to beat the traffic as I read it was horrible if you leave right after the concert. The employees were friendly and helpful and although their lines seem intimidating, they went extremely fast. A lil disappointed we had to bust a mission to get there....which I have never had to do, but we had fun. And yay for not getting mugged while walking to our car from the metro. Enjoy. read more

I paid for shuttle service from the Parsons lot to the Rose Bowl for the sold out Justin Timberlake and Jay Z concert this past weekend in advance via Ticketmaster. It was highly recommended that parking be purchased in advance since the show was sold out. Sure enough, there were 75,000+ people at the concert. With that number of people in attendance, I have to say that the parking situation could have been better. Parsons Transportation, decided on the day of, to charge people $15 per car to park in their lot. It didn't matter if you had purchased a shuttle ticket beforehand since the $$ charged was for the privilege of parking at their lot. I was unprepared and didn't have cash on me so the parking attendant told me to exit, find an ATM, and return. Luckily for me, my +1, Vanessa H. arrived at the same time as I did and she had cash in hand. I met up with her and ran over to the parking attendant to reclaim a parking ticket for my dash. It would have been VERY inconvenient for me to leave and return to the lot since traffic was pouring into the lot entrances. The line for the shuttle to get to the Rose Bowl moved at a snails pace. The shuttle ride itself was 10 minutes. The line to get back on the shuttle after the concert took a good 50 minutes and the ride back was another 30 minutes. I'm not sure who got the worse of it, those who parked at the Rose Bowl or those who had shuttle tickets. Massive amounts of people arriving and leaving at similar times will create a traffic nightmare. And I lived to tell the tale. read more

My wife and I attended the Rolling Stones concert on 8/22/19 at the Rose Bowl and utilized Parson's Shuttle Service to and from the concert. We need to say, "NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!". We would never recommend this service to anyone, especially the elderly/and or disabled. There was confusion on which buses the disabled should get on. We aren't disabled, but we witnessed the confusion. Leaving the parking lot to the event was not managed well at all. Overall, there was a near riot when everyone had to get the bus back to the parking lot. First, there was mass confusion on what line to enter to buy your tickets, and then what line to enter to get to the bus. Actually, the information on the Parson's web-site was very confusing which is why we waited until we arrived at the lot. Second, there's was confusion with the Parson's personnel of getting the buses loaded, and then having them leave. Our bus driver got tired or waiting to be told to go and he went on his own to a big applause. Third, and the biggest screw-up of all (I'm not using the words I'd like to use) was leaving the concert to get on the buses. There was absolutely no guidance of any kind by Parson's or the Event Staff and to where the lines began to even get on the bus. Everyone was just finding they own way to figure it out. When we finally did figure it out, we were led in a huge ridiculous unorganized circle which took us over 1 1/2 hours to navigate to reach the buses, where we then had to go through a maze of about 8 rows to actually get on the bus which was another 1/2 hour. Who ever is the Logistics Manager for Parson's should be fired immediately. Between the Parson's employees and the Event Staff employees it was the Dumb and Blind Employees being led by the Dumber and Blinder Management, if there was actually any Management there. There were a number of Elderly people who needed help and weren't doing very good when they got to the bus. Parson should be lucky that you don't get sued for some type of Elder and Disabled Persons Abuse. Very Disappointing to witness such inefficient Management, Supervision, Logistics, and the overall execution of taking care of the customer. We actually didn't get on the bus until almost 2:30am, and we started in the line, when we could find the damn line, about 11:30pm. I worked in Corporate America for 45 years and if I had performed by boy in this manner, I would have been fired 1000 times over for lack of performance and not giving the customer what they want and need. There was no one at Parson's who really knew what the hell they were doing, nor was there any one with the Event Staff who knew what the hell they were doing. We're sure that you've lost a few thousand customer for any future events. What a total Screw-Up on the park of Parson's. In fact, a number of people should be fired, or at least given some type of severe disciplinary action. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

We had the opposite experience of the last review. Went to the Cal UCLA game bought tickets ahead of time with parking at Parsons. Got to the lot nobody asked for extra money the shuttle was right there and off we went. Coming back after the game there was a long line that went very quicklyThe shuttles were right there took us right back to our parking lot and off we went. Due to my mistake, I turned down the wrong street and turned into the parking garage next to Parsons. Not wanting to reroute , we just paid the 25 dollars. Walked out to a long line for the shuttle, but because Im handicapped I was told to go to the front of the line. Very easy compared to parking at the Rosebowl. Left concert early to miss the crowd, again went to handicap shuttle and 15 mins later, I was at my car and on my way. read more

Because of the parking cost, I purchased shuttle tickets online: Rose Bowl website, Visitors, Parking, Parsons Parking & Shuttle. (Website path may change in future as it had from previous posts, but search for it). Also first time Rose Bowl attendee, so did my research. Found shuttle location easily. Super helpful staff/security there to collect your ticket and dictate the Rose Bowl bag policy!!** Return was fine...stayed for all the encores and left with everyone else Found the shuttle area where we were dropped off initially, and followed the line to get to the end. I can tell you it was REALLY LONG, like i think we walked about a mile, and even contemplated just walking back to Parsons lot, but the line started moving and never stopped. Within 20 minutes we were on board the shuttle. VERY EFFICIENT operation - I have to say!! ** I had read about it, but thought my bag would work, but it was too big (only 4 x 6" or smaller allowed). Shuttle staff handed out clear plastic bags to empty your purse contents into, with insructions to check in your now empty purse at the bowl for $10. I just took a chance and rolled up my purse and put it in the clear bag. It worked. Doesn't make any sense that you can take a large size see thru bag, which they didn't even open, or a 4 x6" clutch.??? Whatever you're going to -- HAVE FUN!! read more

Went to Ed Sheeran concert on 8/18 getting to the Rosebowl was not bad 25 min once we parked. After the concert it was a nightmare no directions of were the lines started. It took 1.5 hours and a lot of walking and waiting. I don't ever want to go back to the Rose bowl or this shuttle. :( read more

It's a trick. Parking is $25 and then you pay a shuttle fee of $10 each. So 4 people costs $65. The lines are long, for Ed Sheeran concert took about 45 minutes after purchasing shuttle tix to get on a bus. Not a good experience. read more

We attended the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl on Jan 1, 2019. The location of the parking structure is great; however, it was a miserable experience for the following two reasons: (1) getting out of the parking structure at the conclusion of the Rose parade was a nightmare. Cars were literally stuck in line for over an hour trying to get out of the parking lot. It is best to just sit in your car and take an hour nap and then attempt to get out. (2) There was a ridiculously long line for the shuttle back to the Parsons parking garage at the conclusion of the Rose Bowl. The line seemed to go on forever and it was several persons wide. We opted to forgo the shuttle and walk back to the parking garage. read more

Used Parson's for the Coldplay concert on 10/6. We got to Parsons around 530pm via the Walnut St. entrance, and were able to park in a spot just two rows from where you enter/exit for an easy getaway afterwards. The concert started at 7 (that is when the openers started) so we decided to first get dinner and then take the shuttle to the concert. There are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance to Parsons, which I think is a big bonus! We ate dinner, then got in line for the shuttle around 715pm. We knew we would miss a portion of the opening act, but weren't that upset about it. The line seemed long but moves very quickly, so we were on a shuttle bus within 10-15 mins. I had prepaid for the shuttle pass, making the tickets 5$ each instead of 10$. The longest wait we experienced was on the drive up to the rose bowl, since there were still a lot of cars heading that way. But since the shuttles have their own designated areas I'm sure we still saved tons of time rather than walking or driving ourselves! Once dropped off at the rose bowl, the security line was only a 5 min wait. Per other reviews, we left right before the last song so we could catch the shuttle back before a flood of people showed up. This was good advice!! I will add that I looked up the set list for this concert in advance, so I pretty much knew which song would be last and if they would play an encore or not (in this case, they did not-which was helpful to know that we weren't missing something crazy). We waited 5-10 mins to get on a shuttle heading back to the lot, and I am certain this was a wise decision! I will definitely use Parsons again for my next Rose Bowl concert! read more

Took the Parsons shuttle to the Rose Bowl for the Coldplay concert on August 21st. It was super easy to find, the shuttle started at 3pm and took you right in front of the Rose Bowl. There were no lines when we got on the shuttle at 3pm. We relaxed at the Picnic in the Park located in front of the Rose Bowl (plenty of food and drink options). Lines do get crazy for shuttle home. Highly recommend leaving during the last song of the concert to get on shuttle without standing in line. Only way to go or else sit in the parking for two hours after the concert. read more

Used them last night for the U2 show at the Rose Bowl. Could not have been easier. I made it all the way back to Redondo Beach just an hour after I left the show (I'd mentally planned for a 2am return before I'd discovered this option). My go to choice if I ever attend another event there! read more

Used the shuttle for The Rolling Stones concert as we have done many times before. Have always found the shuttle to be quick, efficient, and easy in the past. For the Stones it was a complete disaster. We got in line for the shuttle at 6:00 ( we would have been there earlier but the shuttle busses were blocking the entrance to the parking lot) and waited for an hour to board the shuttle. No one was directing people and the line cutting was horrendous. After the show we went immediately to the shuttle and again the line was disorganized and long. Waited an hour and a half this time. Lots of people gave up and walked the 2.5 miles back to the parking lot. If your job is to shuttle people and they choose to walk instead, then you have failed. Whoever was in charge should resign out of shame. They were simply not up to the task. Inefficient, unorganized, slow, and a general attitude of screw you. 0/10. This company was a nightmare!!!!!! We parked there on Saturday night to go to the Coldplay concert at the Rose Bowl. These idiots directed everyone into one single line that wrapped around there parking structure. If they had any brains, they would have created two or three parallel lines and keep everyone together in view of their buses.....only 3 buses for hundreds of people trying to get to the concert. People were so mad they were calling cabs and UBER. The wait, stated by UBER, was 50 minutes, so many of us walked the mile and a half and got there before the people towards the end of the line. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else!!! read more

Based on the positive reviews we decided to look into taking the Parsons shuttle to the Rose Bowl to see Ed Sheerin. We went to the website to purchase parking in advance. It is $27.50 in advance and $25 cash at the parking lot. It is recommended to buy the bus parking in advance for $5 rather than pay $10 and wait in line at the shuttle. The shuttle tickets are sold on a different website than the parking lot tickets. It is pretty confusing. The website for parking says to take the entrance on Fair Oaks just north of Holly but in reality people were entering in off Walnut and Union both. It was not clear which parking lot to enter. We found one parking lot and pointed us the way to the basement where there was supposed to be lots of parking. Very unorganized. Found a spot. It took a total of an hour and 40 minutes to get from the parking lot to the Rose Bowl including 40 min in line and 15 min on the shuttle. The remaining time was in line to get into the parking lot and walking from the parking to the shuttle line. It is suggested that you leave the concert early to be able to get in line for the shuttle. We chose not to do that. You shouldn't have to leave early to get out of the Rose Bowl in a reasonable time. The line was enormous and very unorganized. Not clear where the line started. We decide at that point to walk. Based on another review going to Ed Sheerin, we got back sooner. It's a little less than 2 miles to get back to the parking lot and takes 45 minutes. The Ed Sheerin concert was amazing but I would think twice before going to the Rose Bowl for a concert. The best way is to find some parking anywhere near the Rose Bowl and walk in. Wear some good shoes and get some exercise. It is quicker than any shuttle unless you decide to leave the concert early and you may get back in less time. You can try the parking at the Bowl and take your chances depending on how close you are to an exit. We walked along the road and were moving faster than cars leaving. read more
