This service was great! The driver was completely understanding of everything his name was Chris o highly recommend Chris. Even an hour after our party bus rental was over Chris allowed for us to make two more stops. The service was just over all amazing. He was on time for pick up at all times. The bus itself was spacey and nice. I guarantee you will not find cheaper prices. Another thing that was great about this service was that since it was for a prom we divided the total between 21 people. Since high school student are not too reliable or responsible not everyone showed up with the correct amount the company was extremely forgiving and understanding and allowed us on the bus anyway. We had a blast. Chris was very friendly and flexible, even with my last minute reservation. Out of all the other companies I contacted, Paseo had the best prices, plus they're located right here in Pasadena. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is a couple of the speakers on the bus were a little blown out and I think the Aux cord had a short. But other than that we had a great time. This was the absolute worst limo experience ever. The manager would not accept our payment, claiming that the deal was that we would pay in cash, which was merely the first lie of the night. After we had THOUGHT everything was settled out, we went to our location without a problem. At the end of the night, however, the driver said that he would not transport us until he received $900 CASH. After countless phone calls and being yelled at outright by the manager, my parents payed the money. Did I mention that the driver was instructed to take us, 22 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, to his house to probably yell at us more? Did I also mention that his house was an hour out of our way? Needless to say, neither I nor anyone I know will ever use this horrible company again. In short, my advice is to save yourself the headache that will without a doubt come with doing business with them. read more

This was long ago but I haven't forgotten. Don't remember the drivers name but he was a nice guy and showed up on time. Also drove safely. No knocks on the driver at all. Bus was clean on the inside but outside had graffiti on it and was poorly conditioned. Windows were painted black and looked tacky. I also never received any feedback or follow up from The original guy I spoke with over the phone (Chris). They were really unprofessional as a "company". Wouldn't recommend. read more

I have used this Limo Company several times already. I rented a party bus from Paseo Limo Service for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and can't say enough great things about the service! The bus showed up on time and was clean. A lot of times, there is always something broken or not working the way it should, but not this one. The best part was our driver, Chris. He was prompt, polite and by the end of the night we were all hugging him. His professionalism and patience with a bus full of rowdy people was very much appreciated! Also, I have used Paseo and got 2 Limos for my daughter's Prom, The kids had a Blast... Paseo had it fully stocked w/Soda and chips... Another time, I had a Party Bus for my Birthday. We hired a stretch limo for a funeral. It was all disco lights inside and really uncomfortable for people to get in and out. The service was just fine, however the funeral director gave our driver some prayer booklets and memoriams. When he dropped us off the driver forgot to give them to us and none of us thought of it. I had the worst experience EVER with this limo company. Worst customer service ever. I had a limo on New Years Eve with all of my friends and the limo driver got us stuck in in the Hollywood Hills. He could not make it up the hill and we had to walk to our party. We repeatedly called the limo driver after the party to pick us up and could not get through to him. We called the emergency hotline about 15 times and never were able to reach anyone. We were stranded at the top of Laurel canyon and had to walk over a half hour down the canyon to get to our limo. There is a lot more to this story, but it was a disaster. The only reason we hired a limo was as an easy means of transportation on New Years, as taxis would be impossible for a large group of people. Instead, we spend over an hour walking through a canyon in heels trying to make it to our location by midnight. I have been working for almost two weeks now to try and get us the refund that we deserve, and it is just not going to happen. The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with and does not know how to handle customer service. He said the next time I use them he will give me a discount. This is a horrible company. Don't EVER use their service. We hired them for a dual birthday celebration to San Diego. I should've known from the very beginning because right after they took the payment I never heard back from Chris (the person I was dealing with for the limo service). I had to call the day before to confirm whether the reservation for the bus was still on. On the day of, 15 minutes into the bus ride, the bus broke down on us. We had to stop at a parking lot in Seal Beach while the driver called Chris. We spent 2 1/2 hours at the parking lot with no help in sight. We tried contacting Chris and he just kept hanging up on us. He wouldn't even answer the driver's call. We didn't have a ride back to our pick up spot so everyone had to take cabs back. We basically lost money because of the cab fares for 8 cabs that the company refused to reimburse us on AND they had the nerve to withhold my deposit. It's a terrible company.. they have NO BUSINESS being in the business. Whoever is recommending this company must either be getting paid by the company or is related to someone that works there or owns it because it's a sham. TERRIBLE! I WILL NEVER EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! On New Years Eve we had 14 girls get a Limo for $650.00. The limo driver did not know where he was going, got stuck in the Hollywood Hills, yelled at all of us and we had to walk 15 minutes to our party since he could not make it to the party, which a limo company should know the routes they are going to prior to saying that they can take you there. Then after we walked to our party, we called him multiple times to be picked up and it went straight to voicemail, we then called the EMERGENCY hotline since we were stranded and NO ONE picked up! Then when we finally got dropped off the driver said, not to worry about the tip, which was supposed to be included. EXCUSE ME WHY THE HELL WOULD WE EVER TIP YOU! Then we called the company the next day to ask for a refund and they were totally rude and incosiderate and would only give us our deposit back of $120.00. We reserved a 20-25 passenger Party Bus for our daughter's prom this past weekend. We booked with Chris and he was also the driver that night. He was great! Kept in contact with me before the event. He arrived right on time, the bus was very clean and well maintained. It looked like a party bus, but no too flashy/tacky. Chris was very patient and nice to the kids. He even texted me when they got to their destination to let me know they arrived safely. Everyone had a great time.
